My passion for travel goes back to when I was a young boy and remember going to Ibiza with my family. Looking out to sea and enjoying the culture and most of all, seeing people smile and hearing the laughter of everyone enjoying themselves. I still get that buzz to this day and I love to see images of customers having fun.

Louise has been in the industry for over 15 years and is an expert on Luxury holidays especially in the Caribbean and Dubai.

During my 18 years in the industry I have won various awards from Trainee of the Year to Manager of the year. I spent many years booking hundreds of people’s holidays in Nottingham, and most recently I was the Campaign and Trading Manager for a large travel company where I had the honour of visiting many resorts to highlight on social media. Now I am back doing what In love to do, creating and finding the best holiday for my customers and priding myself on world class customer service.

Louise has won range of awards and had held varius positions within the the industry.
