As always Mike organised the perfect holiday. I wanted to go and see the Christmas markets in VIENNA but on a tight budget. Mike arranged a lovely hotel in the 17th district called Boutique Hotel Donauwalzer, which was about half an hour from the centre. Public transport in Wein is excellent, trams buses and the underground got us to wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast at the Hotel was amazing, it cost 25 euro, but it set you up for the whole day. We really did not need another meal. It was the perfect holiday at the most magical time of the year and everything went to plan, as it always does when Mike organises my booking. I never have to worry about anything else, simply to go away and enjoy myself. Everything else is taken care of. Now I need to think about where I want to go next. Thank you Mike for being the best travel consultant I could wish for. I am now feeling very Christmassy.

This year I really wanted to go to Lake Como Italy but I thought this may be too expensive so I also asked Michael to price up the Scilly Isles. To my amazement Lake Como was a lot cheaper than the Scilly Isles. Before committing myself, I asked so many questions as I really could not believe I was getting such a good deal. It was a wonderful holiday one I will always have fond memories of. Everything was perfect the hotel the area the food the people. Michael took all the stress away of trying to organise everything, as I did nothing apart from packing my case and getting on the plane. Michael arranged a holiday for myself, my husband and two friends. It was a two city break in the USA. My husband is disabled and the booking was by no means straightforward! Michael listened to all our requirements and was meticulous in planning the holiday. Whilst on holiday things started to go wrong, from a delay at the airport, my husband was involved in an incident in one of the hotels, a train breaking down making us 4 hours late, resulting in a transfer having to be cancelled, and there was an error by a hotel which resulted in an unsuitable semi- adapted room being allocated to my husband. I contacted Michael in relation to all of these events, some as they were happening, and every time he was there for us, either making phone calls/emailing people to update them of our situation or giving advice when it was needed - all this with a 5 hour time difference. Even though we are back home, he is still helping us and giving advice whilst we work through some outstanding issues. We cannot fault the service or praise Michael highly enough for the personal attention we have received. We would recommend Michael without hesitation.

Contacted Michael about booking a 5 night stay in Capri, for myself and partner. He was quick to send me plenty of options. This included all my transfers from the airport, to the port, and then for a ferry to take us to Capri. This made organising our holiday a lot easier. The hotel and location that Michael chose was spot on. I’d highly recommend using Michael because he organised our whole trip with no issues, and was always keeping us updated. I would just to thank Michael for arranging our once in a life time trip to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
