My travel counsellor Mrs Michaela Hubbard arranged all my holiday details for my first time holiday alone. I wanted a group holiday in Andulicia with sightseeing tours. She booked me a You To holiday in Mijas. She took care of all the paperwork, checked me in and printed and posted it all to me. Michaela then had to change all my boarding passes as due to not being well I needed special assistance, she reprinted new boarding passes. On arriving in Spain I discovered my card did not work and rang her for advice I was frantic. Michaela rang hotel spoke to reception to enquire where there was a Western Union Bank, I arranged for a money transfer after she had told me what i needed to do,spoke to my holiday rep who then took me whilst we were in Granada to the bank. Without the backing of someone who kept me calm and knew exactly how to help it would have been a disaster on my first holiday alone at the age of 71yrs of age. Never used a TC before - usually trawl the internet for weeks on end comparing contrasting. What a fabulous experience Travel Counsellor Michaela H has been. From my initial contact MH took time to understand what I wanted for me and the children. She gave me choices and then we tailored it a bit more with some flight changes and then we all booked ! When we had to make some further changes Michaela took the time to get the best for me. Michaela was really communicative from initial contact, in resort, on the way home and when we got home- I felt someone had my back all the time and someone that understood.
