Michelle met with us to understand our likes and dislikes and what we were aiming to get out of the holiday. She then curated a bespoke package and worked on tweaking this to suit our specific asks. Thank you very much for organising our holiday in Feb/March 2026 . We had a fabulous time based in Phuket Thailand. We managed the whole holiday scenario which suited us-Beach, Golf, Tourism and some great local food. The fact that USA/Israel declared war on Iran whilst we were there had a massive impact on our travel plans with most flights going through ME airports affected by drone and rocket attacks , closing them to flights which affected our return. Throughout, you remained calm and in contact with us in Thailand and were a constant source of encouragement and kept us up to date with the travel situation. You also managed somehow to book us a change flight and route to avoid the war area so that we were able to return home safely. I could not recommend you and your service highly enough.

Michelle was really helpful. We wanted a week in Thessaloniki and she found us flights and transfers and booked these and the hotel of our choice. She found a competitive price too. Oh wow, I mean wow. Our four-stop city break/safari/beach holiday for my family of 5 (kids age 16, 19 & 20) was arranged by Michelle Bailey from Travel Counsellors and we were all absolutely blown away. Michelle took on board ALL our ideas and put together a package which ran like clockwork and was within our budget. From an apartment in Dubai including a dune safari in the desert, a two-stop Tanzanian safari in the mountains and on a deserted white beach, both in jaw-dropping fabulous lodges with views to die for, all wrapped up with a week beside the Indian Ocean in Zanzibar. Michelle even checked us in on all 4 flights, such was the service we received. She was on hand to help with everything pre-adventure (visas, insurance, luggage recommendations) as well as always being there throughout the trip should we need her (thankfully we didn't as it had been meticulously organised by Michelle). She was superb and we all highly recommend her. Michelle made a once-in-a-lifetime family adventure holiday perfect in every way.
