Mimi and her colleague Holly organised us a much needed trip to Lanzarote this September. The process of choosing and paying for a holiday from the options provided based on our requirements was quick, easy and professional. The Travel Counsellors app makes for the easy receipt of the travel documents and both Mimi and Holly were responsive and knowledgeable in their responses to our questions. There was a small issue with our transfer on arrival at the destination airport but the 24 hour emergency line had it sorted for us in minutes and both Mimi and Holly contacted us within the hour to check on us, despite it being a Sunday. We unfortunately had some bad news while we were away that meant we needed to consider early flights home. Mimi spent hours of her time on the Friday and, once the decision was made to come home, more time on Monday securing the earliest flights possible. Her support was invaluable as we were in a bit of a state and she just dealt with everything calmly, professionally but with care and compassion. We made it home in time to say goodbye to a dear friend and I can’t thank her enough for her help in making that happen. Good service when things are going well is expected but when things go wrong, having someone you can 100% rely on is absolutely invaluable. I can’t recommend Mimi and the Travel Counsellors team enough.
