Hello, I’m Naomi Weston – Your Dedicated Travel Counsellor
Thank you for visiting my page! I’m based in the beautiful market town of Bridgnorth, Shropshire. While my home is here, I’m proud to look after clients from across the country, helping them plan journeys and adventures to every corner of the world.

My passion for travel began early – at just 16, I took my first steps into the industry with a BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism. That initial spark led me on to a degree in Tourism Business Management, giving me a deep and lasting understanding of what makes every journey truly special.

My career has been an adventure in itself, taking me from resort representative in Spain, to retail travel agent for Thomas Cook, to teaching Travel & Tourism to aspiring students, along with a rich experience in the hospitality industry. Each role has shaped who I am today and instilled in me the knowledge and commitment to deliver outstanding service as a Travel Counsellor.

I truly eat, sleep and breathe travel. There’s nothing I enjoy more than crafting unforgettable experiences for my clients, helping to bring your dreams to life and ensuring you enjoy every moment of your adventure.

I see myself as your personal travel PA – here to guide, support, and take care of every detail, at every stage of your holiday. My approach centres on three key stages:

1. Planning:
I love to get to know my clients, asking thoughtful questions to discover your passions, hopes, and expectations. This allows me to create a bespoke trip perfectly tailored to you.

2. Preparation:
After booking, I handle all the details – from sharing essential information and documentation, to arranging personalised extras such as excursions, experiences, event tickets, restaurant bookings, or specific airline requests. My goal is to make your travel as effortless and enjoyable as possible.

3. On-Trip Support:
From the moment you set off, I’m always just a call or message away. My clients have my personal mobile number for any reason – whether it’s changing your itinerary, needing reassurance, or simply looking for a last-minute recommendation. With me, you’re never far from a helping hand.

Real Experience, Genuine Passion
I’ve been fortunate to explore many destinations worldwide, and experience a variety of holidays, from solo adventures in Bali and luxury cruises round the Baltics, to many city breaks and winter escapes in Alps. These days, my travels revolve around my favourite travel companion, my four-year-old daughter – just ask her about our incredible Disney Cruise!
