Welcome, I’m Natalie. I have been fortunate enough to travel to over 30 countries around the world, and I bring a little piece of each one into my work as your Personal Travel Counsellor. Based in the vibrant city of Chelmsford, I love stepping away from the screen to meet you in person: those face-to-face conversations are my favourite part of what I do.
I specialise in making the ordinary feel outstanding.

I have a genuine passion for tailoring your holidays so that they enrich your life long after the tan has faded and the passport is back in the kitchen drawer. That might mean arranging a hands-on cookery class with a group of Italian nonnas, an off-road ATV adventure that ends with sunset cocktails, or simply knowing exactly which hotel bar mixes the best spicy margarita.
I have been lucky enough to travel extensively on my own, with my husband, and now with our little “travel agent in training” in tow. I firmly believe that no travel experience should feel out of reach because you have children, additional needs, or any other consideration that makes you wonder if travel is really for you. I am here to remove the stress and handle the details: nothing is too much trouble and there are no silly questions.
