I told Natalie what I was thinking of and she came up with the perfect itinerary. All hotels were beautiful. With five flights and six transfers, I was sure there would be a hiccup, but everything ran smoothly as clockwork. Natalie was very quick to respond to any questions. Having the Travel Counsellors app and backup was great too. Will definitely be using Natalie again.

I have been using Natalie for over 8 years booking my holidays so when Thomas Cook closed it left a massive void of losing not only the good service I was always given by Natalie, but a good friend that she had become over the years. I struggled with the thought that I was going to have to go to a complete new travel agent and deal with someone that I was not familiar with, that did not sit well with me. I was therefore so pleased when after meeting for a coffee she told me of her new venture, naturally I was back on board and have now booked two cruises with her.
