Hi, I am Natalie, your personal travel expert based in Kent, with 27 years of experience helping clients plan holidays and travel experiences that are right for them.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach escape, a family holiday, a cruise, a city break, a luxury getaway, a multi-centre adventure or a once-in-a-lifetime trip, I am here to make the whole process easier.
I take the time to understand what you are looking for, then use my knowledge, experience and trusted industry connections to find the right options for you. From straightforward getaways to more complex travel plans, I take care of the details so you do not have to.

I will research, compare and carefully consider the options available, using my 27 years of travel experience to help create a trip that works for you, your budget and the way you want to travel.
I have particular experience in cruises, luxury travel, tailor-made itineraries, multi-centre holidays and more specialist experiences, but I arrange all types of travel.

My research and planning fee
Finding the right holiday can involve considerable time and research, particularly when you are looking for something specific or more complex.
Before I begin researching and preparing your personalised options, I charge a flat £100 research and planning fee.
This covers the time involved in understanding your requirements, researching suitable options, comparing the details and putting together your personalised recommendations.
If you decide to book your holiday with me, the £100 fee will be deducted from the cost of your booking.
The research and planning fee is payable before I begin work and is non-refundable, including if you decide not to proceed with a booking or if your booking is subsequently cancelled. It is a fee for the research and planning service provided and is separate from the cost of your holiday.
I will always explain the fee before any research or planning begins, so you will know exactly what to expect.
