Hello, my name is Nicki Harrison and I'm a Travel Counsellor based in Guernsey.

I have a myriad of wonderful stories to share thanks to the travels I've been so lucky to enjoy, and I love to hear your stories in return. I aim to provide the best service I can to our Guernsey community, but my service is much more than just making a booking. I'll be on hand to help you with all the little touches that will make your trip special and just a message or call away should you need any help while abroad.
As a born and bred Guernsey donkey, I understand the needs of local travellers and aim to make the world feel that little bit more accessible. My goal is to be approachable and inclusive, an ethos that's based around the idea of togetherness... working with you to bring the destinations on your bucket list that little bit closer. At every step of your travel journey, you will receive the best care I can offer.
I'll always take the time to get to know you and what will make your trip extra special. From visiting you at home or at a favoured cafe to start chatting about your plans, to getting all the arrangements sorted, making sure any dietary, medical or mobility needs are taken care of, delivering your tickets and then catching up when you get home. Becoming a mum in 2024 also opened my eyes to the world of family travel and the priorities of parents. Whether you have a youngster like me or travelling as part of a multi-generational party, I can help to make sure everyone's needs are catered for.
Shortly after starting my career in travel, I have been developing my interest in special occasion holidays such as weddings and honeymoons. I hold a City & Guilds qualification in Travel & Tourism as well as an online diploma in Wedding and Event Management and have spent years helping couples from all walks of life to arrange memorable trips to celebrate their special moments. Whether it's a short city break or an around the world adventure, the key to building the perfect trip is in the detail and I hope to be able to help create an authentic, bespoke itinerary just for you soon.

Nicki has been amazing! Giving us lots of options (when I kept moving the goalposts) nothing was too much trouble, even at very short notice. Using her knowledge and experience she has been able to give us added information that we wouldn’t have been aware of had we tried to book independently. Nicki has taken the stress out of researching and booking our holiday. She is easy to contact by whatever means you choose (Messenger, WhatsApp, email, by phone or text. I now also have the Travel Counsellors App - which shows all our holiday details) it couldn’t be easier. Plus hand delivering our tickets (with a bottle of bubbles) was a lovely touch too - thank you so much Nicki, you are a star! ??

Nicki Harrison was amazing when we were booking our honeymoon! She made the experience, easy and stress free. Nicki was easy to contact and replied quickly, she was even easier to meet up with and discuss our ideas. She took on board everything we said and made some great suggestions. She came well prepared and full of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions which secured our desicion that she was defiantly the right choice of travel agent. Nicki has made it easy for family and friends to make contribrutions to our honeymoon account and has even gone the extra mile for us by providing us with keep sake gift recipts from those that have paid over the phone and are unable to leave their own personally message on our webpage. Nicky has been amazing. I have booked four holidays through her now and nothing is ever too much hassle for her. Nicky always listens to what I would like and always manages to get everything within my budget. Most recently I booked a cruise and Nicky gave up her Friday evening to go through all my options. Nicky’s wealth of knowledge really backs up that she knows what she’s doing and reassures is that we are getting the best for our money. We have now booked two trips with Nicki and would highly recommend her to everyone. She is so helpful and helped us to get the exact package we were looking for and she was even able to meet me in my lunch hours to discuss options which is ideal.So easy to book with Nicki as she has organised everything for us and even printed our tickets so all we need to do is pack and go snowboarding. Fantastic customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicki. She was quick at responding to me, and although I felt like I was tricky and hard to please, she didn’t make me feel like that and nothing seemed too much trouble for her.
