My name is Nikki, and I am your personal Travel Counsellor.
Travel is my passion - I live and breathe it, and with over 27 years’ experience in the industry, it is my pleasure to assist with all your travel plans. I am also your sole point of contact, not just through the choosing and booking stage of your holiday, but your personal contact during and after your trip, to help you deal with any questions that may arise.
I joined the Travel Counsellors community back in 2006, when I decided to finally take the plunge running my own franchise business, because I wanted to concentrate on giving my customers the highest possible levels of personal service and independent travel advice. What’s more our technology enables me to work from home which means that you can contact me at times when most other travel agents are unavailable, at a time that suits you.

I can help you arrange any part of your travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, cruise, transfers, and car hire - so whether you just need a flight only, a last-minute holiday or an around the world trip I can help. I love a challenge so group holidays are one of my specialities, be it a stag or hen do, big birthday celebration, multi-generational family holiday or a group trek in Peru or up Everest – I can help! I love to tailor-make trips to your personal specification utilising our fabulous relationship with our hotel, cruise, airline, and ground handler contacts, but I can also book the mainstream tour operators.
With regards to myself, I love holidays both in the UK and Abroad, with my husband Scott and children; Gracie, 16 and Bailey, 14 and being half Maltese we are regular visitors to the beautiful Island of Malta.
I have travelled extensively to the Spanish mainland, Balearics and Canaries, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Egypt, Disneyland Paris & Lapland. Travelling further afield I have also visited Walt Disney World Florida, Las Vegas, Austin, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Hong Kong, Thailand, Mauritius, the Caribbean including Barbados, Antigua, Dominican Republic, Mexico, and the Maldives. I've also sampled skiing and most of the major cruise lines including P&O, Princess, NCL, MSC, Fred Olsen and Seabourn.
Our next big trip is to Australia in April 2025, which will be a first time visit for us all to attend my Sister’s Wedding – we are super excited and can’t wait to explore this amazing Country on a trip of a lifetime!

I had a holiday cancelled due to the Monarch collapse and contacted Nikki not knowing quite what I wanted and was looking for advice. I found her very relaxed and easy to deal with. She very quickly gave me some options offering a full package with airport transfers. I had a rethink and changed the dates but this was not a problem to Nikki who came back with another package which i was very happy with and booked. We would always recommend Nikki, in fact we have done!!! She is always pleasant, thorough, professional and a really nice person to deal with. This year we experienced the very best of Nikki when our home flight from Madeira was cancelled by EasyJet. Although it was 9 o'clock in the evening I felt sure that, under the circumstances, Nikki would take my call. Which she did!!! The following morning Nikki spent a lot of time on the phone with me trying to get return flights as soon as we could and accommodation up to the time of the flight. She got us on a flight from Funchal to Lisbon and the on to a flight from Lisbon to Manchester. Nikki dealt with everything taking the stress away from me. When we got home, she even helped me to sort out an Insurance Claim with Saga. I hope that you can now see why I am happy to book holidays with Nikki.

Nikki helped us with the planning of our honeymoon 18 months prior to going and during that time nothing was too much trouble for her. She was a great help with us in the planning giving us different options and prices leading up to confirming our itinerary which was 3 weeks long with 3 different destinations including 7 flights. Nikki is fantastic you explain what you would like from your holiday and she gives you a number of options to choose from, she is available to answer any questions and nothing is too much trouble.

Our mini break could not have gone better. The hotel was really lovely, very clean and modern. The hotel was in the centre, so we were very near to all the amenities. The rooms were ready when we arrived, so no waiting. Poznan itself was beautiful. It wasn't that commercial which we liked as we got to see the real Poland.
All in all you found our ideal holiday and took all the strain off us, so we could just enjoy! I will definitely be calling on your excellence service again. Thanks once again.

What a lovely touch the document case was with everything inside. Mum and dad were really impressed with it as was I. Mum had thought she had discovered our secret about the excursion trips but she'd just read about the room with the nice view ha.

We had booked just flights and were going away with another couple who were doing the hotel for us all but they pulled out, what a nightmare!
We contacted Nikki what a gem she got us all sorted and now I am really looking forward to my holiday. From now on we are only going to use Nikki, as soon as you speak to her you feel at ease.

Having just returned back from our trip you arranged for us we wanted to thank you so much for finding us the holiday. We have had an amazing time and the accommodation was good, the full board was good and saved us so much money. The children had a ball 5 days in the parks, it was truly magical!

Nikki goes above and beyond to help and make sure you get the exact holiday required for a good price. Nothing is too much trouble for her. No matter what time of day, if you need her, she'll help. Nikki is a credit to Travel Counsellors. I have booked with Nikki now for at least 4 years and I wouldn't even think about booking with anyone else.

I will most definitely use your services should Sue and I return to Australia, I have informed colleagues and friends how faultlessly the whole holiday went.
The only regrets are we should have spent more time in Cairns, I do not think a week would do the place justice and the 3 days we chose were not long enough.
Trinity Beach Apartments are a fantastic base the staff on site could not have been more helpful.
Hindsight is a fantastic tool and next time we will certainly be ready for what the place has to offer.

I would just like to express how fantastic Nikki was throughout the whole process of booking flights for a family of four to Australia to the build up to the flight itself. Nikki has been our travel agent for several years now and she has proven to be not only a great travel agent, but what we now consider to be a friend. She is a dedicated person with excellent customer care skills going way past the call of duty in her job. One holiday we had booked with her to Hawaii, was interrupted by a British Airways cancelled flight. The time difference was 10 hours and Nikki waited up as late as possible to phone us so that she did not interrupt our sleep. She is a diamond of a girl, with first class customer care skills.

We have just returned from our holiday, the fourth or fifth time we have booked through Nikki. Nikki takes all the hassle out of booking a holiday, from the initial call to return. All the niggly issues are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner. It also saves on trawling through all those websites and endless pop up ad's. Prices are competetive too. We have been using Nikki to book our holidays for about the last 7 - 8 years. On average we have 2 to 3 holidays a year. Nikki has always been very professional, and more to the point gave us great value for money. One of the holidays we go on to the same hotel every year and Nikki has never been beaten on price by anyone else including internet companies. We have also had a couple of occasions where, due to family problems we have had to come home early and have been speaking with Nikki going through flights at midnight. She seems very dedicated to customer satisfaction and even if she was a little bit more expensive I would pay it for the customer service she gives. The other good thing is you just give her the itinerary you think you want and off she goes and comes back with the prices and suggestions if applicable.

We have booked yet again with Nikki for a 2 week trip to Florida and yet again she did not fail us, Nikki planned the entire holiday for us, we simply provided the dates and she did the rest.
The flight was great, the villa was amazing, it was huge and well worth the money! The kids had their own rooms which they loved. This was a real treat.
I have booked with Nikki a number of times now and every time she finds us the best holiday we could want.
I would highly recommend using Nikki and I won’t take my business anywhere else.

First and foremost our honeymoon was perfect. We started off with an idea of what we wanted to do, Nikki quickly came back to us offering us ideas for our cruise and our Italy tour. She was helpful above and went beyond the call of duty; she took away all the stress of organising the trip and was always available for advice and friendly consulation. In the past I have always used travel agents on the high street, assuming this to be the norm. I met Nikki Pennington in 2006 and have never used one since. Not only did Nikki find us exactly what we were looking for, but found it at a cheaper cost. I had to do the chasing with most agents but Nikki's personal service takes away the stress and allows us to concentrate on what really matters.
