I had a holiday cancelled due to the Monarch collapse and contacted Nikki not knowing quite what I wanted and was looking for advice. I found her very relaxed and easy to deal with. She very quickly gave me some options offering a full package with airport transfers. This year we experienced the very best of Nikki when our home flight from Madeira was cancelled by EasyJet. The following morning Nikki spent a lot of time on the phone with me trying to get return flights as soon as we could and accommodation up to the time of the flight. We have been using Nikki to book our holidays for about the last 7 - 8 years. On average we have 2 to 3 holidays a year. Nikki has always been very professional, and more to the point gave us great value for money. One of the holidays we go on to the same hotel every year and Nikki has never been beaten on price by anyone else including internet companies. We have also had a couple of occasions where, due to family problems we have had to come home early and have been speaking with Nikki going through flights at midnight. She seems very dedicated to customer satisfaction and even if she was a little bit more expensive I would pay it for the customer service she gives. First and foremost our honeymoon was perfect. We started off with an idea of what we wanted to do, Nikki quickly came back to us offering us ideas for our cruise and our Italy tour. She was helpful above and went beyond the call of duty; she took away all the stress of organising the trip and was always available for advice and friendly consulation. We would 100% reccomend Nikki to our friends.

In the past I have always used travel agents on the high street, assuming this to be the norm. I met Nikki Pennington in 2006 and have never used one since. Not only did Nikki find us exactly what we were looking for, but found it at a cheaper cost. I had to do the chasing with most agents but Nikki's personal service takes away the stress and allows us to concentrate on what really matters.
