My name is Nikki, and I am your personal Travel Counsellor.
Travel is my absolute passion: I live and breathe it. With over 28 years of experience in the industry, I take real pride in taking the stress away from planning and giving you a seamless, enjoyable journey from the very first conversation to the moment you return home. You will deal with me and only me, every step of the way, so you always have a familiar, trusted contact to turn to if you need anything before, during or after your trip.
I have been running my own franchise with Travel Counsellors since 2006, driven by a desire to offer my clients the highest levels of personal service and genuinely independent travel advice. Working from home based office means I can be flexible around you and your lifestyle, so you are not restricted to traditional high street opening hours and can reach me at a time that suits you.
I specialise in creating completely tailor‑made holidays, built around you. I can also offer more traditional, off‑the‑shelf bucket‑and‑spade holidays if you simply want an easy, relaxing escape in the sun. Using award‑winning technology and my years of expertise, I search and combine hundreds of flight, hotel, cruise and transfer options to design the trip that feels “just right” for you, while you enjoy the reassurance that your money is 100% financially protected with one of the largest independent travel agencies in the UK.

I particularly love the challenge of organising group travel: stag and hen parties, big birthday celebrations, multi‑generational family holidays, school or club groups, and adventurous trips such as trekking in Peru or even up to Everest Base Camp. I work closely with trusted hotel, cruise, airline and ground partners to add those special touches, and can also package holidays with well‑known tour operators if that suits you best.
On a personal note, I love exploring both the UK and overseas with my husband, Scott, and our children, Gracie and Bailey. Being half Maltese, Malta is a regular favourite for us and somewhere especially close to my heart.
My own travels have taken me across:
Europe: Spanish mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Egypt, Disneyland Paris and magical Lapland
Long‑haul & worldwide: Walt Disney World Florida, Las Vegas, Austin, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, Mauritius, the Caribbean (including Barbados, Antigua, Dominican Republic, Mexico) and the Maldives
Ski & cruise: I have sampled skiing, most of the major ocean cruise lines including P&O, Princess, Norwegian Cruise Line, MSC, Fred. Olsen and ultra‑luxury Seabourn, and I have also enjoyed trying river cruising
I truly believe first‑hand experience makes a real difference when it comes to advising you on the right destination, resort and style of holiday. I love sharing ideas, tips and honest advice to help you make the most of your time away.
