Norman never fails to get everything completely thoroughly ready for our holiday things we wouldn’t dream of ourselves but I’ve come in so useful while we’re out of the country he’s so helpful and understanding

I would give Noman a 20 if I could. He is always so patient with a very demanding group. And his efficiency is beyond measure. He keeps me informed of what and when things are needed. All with a good sence of humour. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.

Norman is the best when it comes to assistance of any kind to do with travel,, if he does not know the answer immediately it does not stop there ... he would just keep trying until he finds the answer ! I do not need to say anything more..he is wonderful!
