You’ll begin in Kochi, where the historic streets of Fort Kochi lead to Mattancherry Palace, the Jewish quarter, and the famous Chinese fishing nets along the harbour. In the evening, watch a traditional Kathakali performance, followed by a Keralan dinner featuring banana-leaf Sadhya, freshly caught fish, coconut, and fragrant spices.

One of the trip’s standout experiences is an overnight cruise through Kerala’s backwaters aboard a premium houseboat. These modern takes on traditional rice barges feature comfortable air-conditioned en-suite cabins, a central dining area, and communal spaces where you can watch village life unfold along the waterways.

Further north, the scenery changes as you reach the Western Ghats, Wayanad’s tea plantations, and Coorg’s coffee-growing hills. Meet a tea picker at Chundale Lockhart Tea Plantation, sample freshly roasted beans at Mercara coffee plantation, or take time to enjoy the infinity pool, naturalist talks, and forest setting at Wayanad Wild.

Finish beside the Arabian Sea in Goa, staying at a Portuguese villa-style beach resort close to Varca Beach.
