Your first island stop is Zanzibar, where you can explore the historic streets of Stone Town, browse the spice markets, and see the influence of African, Arabic, and Indian traditions across the island. Next, you’ll continue to Mafia Island, a quieter destination known for its coral reefs, marine life, and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Included excursions, an EmeraldPLUS experience, and the services of a local guide give you plenty of ways to experience these destinations beyond the main sights.
From there, you’ll sail to Kilwa Kisiwani, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the remains of mosques, palaces, and trading settlements dating back centuries. After a day at sea, the itinerary continues to Aldabra Atoll, where you’ll spend three days exploring one of the world’s largest raised coral atolls. This is a chance to see the famous Aldabra giant tortoise, along with seabirds, marine life, and remote island scenery.
Next, you’ll sail through the Seychelles, visiting Farquhar Atoll, Alphonse Atoll, the Amirante Islands, Praslin Island, La Digue, and Mahé. On Praslin, you can visit Vallée de Mai and see the distinctive coco de mer palm, while La Digue is known for the granite boulders and white sands of Anse Source d’Argent.
Between excursions, the Emerald yacht offers a pool, aquatic toys, e-bikes, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a mini bar, with full-board dining and selected drinks included throughout your stay.
