Later in the journey, you'll visit Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, where centuries of history fill every colourful street. Walk the blue cobbles between pastel-coloured buildings, admire the impressive walls of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, and settle into a local restaurant for Puerto Rican favourites such as mofongo or slow-roasted pork.
