Your first stop is Zadar, where Roman ruins, medieval streets, and the famous Sea Organ come together along Croatia’s Adriatic coast. Listen to the waves create music as they move through the marble steps, then take time to explore the old town and its cafés. Next, you’ll visit Bar in Montenegro, where the remains of Stari Bar sit beneath Mount Rumija.

Next, you’ll continue to Heraklion in Crete, home to the ancient Palace of Knossos. The site’s courtyards, stairways, and colourful frescoes offer an insight into the Minoan civilisation, while the city itself is a good place to sample local specialities such as dakos, grilled seafood, and Cretan cheeses.

From Katakolon, you can travel inland to Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, before continuing to Malta and the port of Valletta. Here, you can walk along Republic Street, visit St John’s Co-Cathedral, or take in views across the Grand Harbour. Back onboard, Princess Plus helps make evenings easy, with included casual dining, drinks, Wi-Fi, and gratuities adding extra convenience throughout the cruise.

Your final stops take you through Sicily and Italy, including Messina, Palermo, Naples, and Rome. Try arancini in Sicily, explore Palermo’s markets, or choose an excursion to Pompeii from Naples before finishing near the Italian capital.
