• The resort sits right on the beachfront, with direct access to the Caribbean Sea and a waterfront pool overlooking the sand. Spend the morning swimming or snorkelling, settle in by the pool for the afternoon, then stay for sunset as the light drops over Seven Mile Beach.

• There’s plenty to enjoy beyond the beach too. The resort offers included bicycle rental, while snorkelling, kayaking, sailing, and other water activities are available nearby. Grand Cayman’s best-known sights are also within easy reach, including Stingray City, Starfish Point, Rum Point, Crystal Caves, and the island’s reef and wreck snorkelling sites.

• Staying on a room only basis works particularly well here because Grand Cayman has such a strong food and drink scene. You can keep things easy at the resort with locally sourced dishes at Den, cocktails and raw-bar favourites at Anchor Bar and Lounge, or poolside drinks at Vista Bar, then head out on other nights to try waterfront restaurants, rum bars, and local seafood spots around the island.
