I would highly recommend Pam Bollington to anyone requiring travel assistance. She is very experienced, calm and unflappable, and always a delight to deal with. Pam has helped to book many flights for our family, and has advised me on some intricate unaccompanied minor situations involving organising flights for my daughter and her friend from the US. She was such a support and gave me great peace of mind when I couldn't accompany the flight myself. Pam has also secured our family fantastic deals on hotels in the Caribbean, and recently in the English countryside, after which we have come home refreshed and with everlasting special memories. Pam always offers good, sound advice in terms of airlines, hotels and destinations, and has been very patient and "can do" on the occasions whereby we have had trouble making our minds up about certain aspects of a trip, which is often the case when there are several family members and friends involved. My husband and I have recently returned from a fantastic, one month holiday made truly memorable by the outstanding planning, support and advice of Pam. The main part of our holiday was a 14 day cruise around New Zealand. We stayed over in Hong Kong and then Brisbane for 2 days each on the way out and 5 days in Sydney at the end of the cruise. We travelled with my brother-in-law who has limited mobility and additional difficulties. As we were planning the trip Pam immediately cued in to his needs and ensured that the airline, hotels and cruise ship made appropriate provision. A few weeks before our departure my husband severely hurt his leg and also needed a wheelchair. Again, Pam immediately ensured additional assistance, particularly at airports. This was invaluable. In over 30 years of international travel, we have never previously experienced such a personal and professional service from a travel agent as we did from Pam. Her personal knowledge and experience of airlines, hotels and destinations ensured that we experienced first class service ideally suited to our needs, at every stage of our holiday. It was so reassuring to know that we could contact her at any time if we needed advice or support. This greatly enhanced the smooth running of our trip.
