Rachel has been organising my travel arrangements and holidays for a number of years now. She is indispensable, Like my right arm. She takes all the angst and hassle out of finding just the right place and flights so my holiday starts from the moment I pick up the phone to her. She knows what I will like and what I won't and she is tireless in researching until she gets the ideal destination, hotel and flight arrangements. Everything she has sorted for me has been beyond my expectation and it's all done with utmost efficiency and a friendly email, text and phone call. I regularly pass on her details. For those who haven't yet put their travel needs in Rachel's hands...they don't know what their are missing. I wouldn't do it any other way. Just a superb service with excellence in customer satisfaction at its ?? I couldn't recommend and praise Rachel highly enough????????

My only disappointment is that it only goes up to 10. Rachel Gulliford is a truly outstanding asset to your organisation. On my last vacation, like a clown I left the key to my Porsche in the baggage check machine at Manchester airport. I rang her in a flap the first evening I arrived. Typically she answered her phone to me at 10.30 pm and calmly took down the details. She then contacted the airport and asked for them to check where they were. She then rang back after locating them and made me aware when I landed late at night a week later the desk would be shut meaning I would have to wait in the airport for around 8 hours until the desk reopened in the morning. She made arrangements for a manager to put the keys in their desk and avoided me paying the holding charges in lost property. When I arrived I went to the location and someone was waiting for me and handed me the keys. I cannot thank her enough. I do not know anyone in any business who puts herself out so much just as 'the norm.' The lady is outstanding at her job and other people whom I have recommended has told me similar stories of her going that extra mile without any fuss but by doing so completely made their holiday a more wonderful experience. She is a credit to herself and I seriously doubt you or any other operator has anybody as good as this girl. A phenomenal person who just never gets tired of nursing her clients and pampering to their needs. Unbelievable service. As long as she is there I would never go to anyone else within reason of receiving a competitive offer. I cannot thank her enough. Keith Patterson.
