Hi, I’m Rebecca and I love finding the right holiday and trips for my clients. I can be flexible with working hours to help you find your next trip and have lots of travel experience and experiences to share.
More then ever people need a trusted travel agent and that is what you will get with me. I will give you all the facts about what travel will look and feel like at quote stage to help you make a decision on what destination is right for you. Being a travel agent doesn't just mean I book abroad holidays I can also find you some fantastic holidays right here in the UK.
I enjoy booking any kind of holiday and my real passion is putting together bespoke tours and itinerary's. Whether that 's exploring the North Coast 500 in Scotland, touring the West or the East of the world, I love making these trips a reality.
I have worked in travel for the last 21 years, from finding and booking travel experiences and holidays to training others to do so. For me there is no better industry to work in.
I enjoy finding the right hotels and transport for my customers but also love making the whole holiday unique, from recommendations on excursions and suggesting itineraries which will make the holiday extra special.
I believe that everyone wants customer service to feel personal to them, as well as having someone on hand to answer any questions or support in any way and that’s what I will do.
I have been lucky enough to travel to the following countries and in brackets are just some of the destinations; America (Las Vegas, New York), Spain (Tenerife, Barcelona) Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Borneo), Greece (Crete, Hersonissos), The Caribbean (Barbados, Dominican Republic), and Europe (Venice, Prague). There are many more and I hope to keep adding to the list!
I understand for some people the best time to speak about holidays and adventures is outside the usual office hours, I can be available both outside and inside of these hours whatever works best for you.

A big Thank You to Rebecca in getting next years trip to Australia sorted for me. I gave her the outline and dates, she checked to make sure she understood what I wanted and went to work. In very short order we had a plan. The car hire didn’t quite work for me, limited mileage with a cents per additional kilometre, as I’d be doing +/- 4000km so she found a better deal. When she went to book the flights the airline put obstacles in the way because I travel with a CPAP machine, not used in flight, so she found alternative flights. She really could not have been more helpful and I was impressed by how quickly it all came together. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to sort out your travel arrangements. What a brilliant service Rebecca provided, from start to finish she couldn't do enough to support us in booking our honeymoon and right up to the journey home was still quick and easy to contact to answer any questions we had.

Rebecca took the basic brief we provided and really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a short UK break. The options she came up with initially were so close to perfect, both in terms of location, standard of accommodation and things to do in the area that it took the slightest of tweaks to perfect the booking. She offered us a destination that we would never have thought of ourselves, but that offered us everything we asked for… and more. She explained everything thoroughly and led us through every step of the booking process, and very sadly the cancellation process when we were forced to cancel. Firstly we just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help booking our amazing holiday to Kos, Greece!
By booking with you, we saved ourselves a lot of hassle- you gave us all of the key information with regards to travelling during covid, you informed us of all of the essential forms which needed completing, and did all of the little details for us such as checking us in and allocating our plane seats, and helping us to sort out our insurance. We didn’t feel like we were just booking with a company, we felt like we had a friend helping us along the way, who was just as excited about the holiday as us; and the little postcards we were sent before and after the holiday were very thoughtful! It was lovely to finally meet with you after and tell you about our beautiful holiday over a bottle of wine :) Booking with you allowed us to sit back, relax and look forward to our holiday, and everything ran so smoothly!

It’s been a tough year for everyone and our cruise holiday was cancelled to Singapore which meant we most likely wouldn’t be going on holiday this year. My fiancé Billy and I decided we want to still have sometime away and do a stay vacation instead, we wasn’t sure where we wanted to go until we saw some of Rebeccas posts about a trip to Cornwall on her Instagram page.
We have always wanted to visit Cornwall but didn’t know much about it and where to stay. This is the first time we have used Travel Counsellors to book a holiday. This might seem a strange time to be doing just that, but the reassurance you gave us meant we were confident to do so. Also, you took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to experience. You were patient and came back to us with tweaks or bigger changes to make the holiday a perfect fit. You built an itinerary that we are very excited about!
