Rebecca is very professional but also very approachable, helpful and wants you to have the best experience ever. She used her expertise to arrange a special trip to Sri Lanka for us. Our trip with close friends was between the 30th November 2025 and the 14th December 2025 and it was spectacular thanks to Rebecca's attention to detail right from the very beginning when she drafted the first itinerary. Her advice on certain issues was invaluable. We certainly could not have planned the trip without her assistance and advice particularly since in order to see this beautiful country travel is a must. We have just come back from another great holiday booked through Rebecca. From our initial enquiry right through to our return home, Rebecca did a brilliant job. Her attention to every little detail is amazing. She really does think of everything, including important things for us personally, such as how to pack prescribed medication and she even contacted the airline regarding our need to take a medical bag on board. She leaves nothing to chance. Rebecca also put together a package which included parking, an airport lounge booking and a hotel stay at the airport on our return. I wouldn’t book a holiday any other way or with anyone else other than Rebecca, and in fact, we have already booked our next holiday with her.

Rebecca organised our 6 day trip to Toronto in September 2025. We have been travelling sometime now and have never had our travel plans checked so many times! Most impressed. Before we left Rebecca checked that the hotel was ready for our booking and that the transfers were aware of when we were travelling. This has never happened to us before. In fact, everything that Rebecca booked for us was spot on. She had made allowance for the time difference not to book anything for us on the first day and we were left to our own devices as to how we felt and what we would like to do. I would have no reservation to recommend Rebecca to anyone that is travelling, either here or abroad.

We had another great holiday organised by Rebecca to New York and then onto Toronto. The airline cancelled the New York flight, Rebecca was on hand every step of the way even during the night UK time to get the matter resolved. Wow what great service really took the pressure of me and my husband. It's been a difficult year and we didn't want our 20th Anniversary to just go by without celebrating and having quality time together. Rebecca really listened to what we wanted and didn't want and straight away I felt at ease and the pressure just come off. By the end of the day she had come with different options and one was just perfect with little added extras to make it more special. A lot of thought went into organising this and the next day we had something booked. Rebecca did absolutely everything and communication was quick and clear. We will definitely use this service again. Amazing??
