Just back from a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote, all sorted by Renata. The whole holiday was fantastic, Renata had chosen an amazing hotel for us, done everything we requested and it was just perfect. She took all the stress out of sorting a holiday ourselves. She checked us in and posted our boarding passes and luggage tags to us. Thank you so much, it’s the second holiday Renata has sorted for us, and we will use her for our future holidays

This was a special holiday for us and it was planned to perfection by Renata. Hotels and locations were perfect, the transport and organisation once we arrived in Italy was easy to follow and worked out really well, she took away all the stress of trying to organise these things for yourself. I'm fairly confident about booking holidays but this is the 2nd trip Renata has organised for me and I couldn't recommend her services highly enough, especially if you want something a little out of the ordinary.

This was a first-time long-haul Disney trip for us. We were unsure how to go about making the most of our trip as there is so much to see and do. Renata was very helpful and gave advise based on her experience. All correspondence was prompt and Renata was available throughout to answer any questions we had. Renata also went the extra mile providing us with a copy of a spreadsheet that helped us to plan our fast passes and meals.

Renata recently booked us an escorted tour of South America, we looked at several itineraries and Renata was very helpful in recommending different companies, her wide knowledge certainly pointed us in the right direction. We eventually chose to go with Cox and Kings. We did have several issues with the admin side of things, we added days on at the beginning and the the end and the paperwork was not always correct but Renata sorted it out and double and tripled checked everything for us. The tour was itself was excellent and despite the admin issues I would use Cox and Kings again Renata has been helping us with our holidays for several years, her patience is endless and her experience is so helpful. She spends such a lot of time on the phone getting prices and information for us but we never feel pressured to make a decision. We have been in a few situations on holidays where having Renata at the end of the phone has been such a relief. I do not hesitate to recommend Renata to help you choose and book your holiday, she handles all the hassle and is always happy to answer any questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday that was designed for us by Renata after a discussion about our wish list and time constraints. You excelled our expectations and provided us with whatever we asked for and more. After my son seeing Belize in the Wanderlust magazine he was set on a Belizean adventure. We loved the accommodation that you found for us and the food and hospitality at all three hotels were exceptional . We were able to experience the Mayan ruins , Jungle and Coastal charms of Belize. The hi light of the holiday being the Lamanai Outpost Lodge and the Jungle experiences. We just wish we had more time to enjoy all the Belize has to offer. We will be back . Even with multiple flights and transfers everything went smoothly and staff responsible for the transfers were enthusiastic and friendly and went the extra mile to share their knowledge of their country. We contacted Renata at Travel Counsellors after her service was recommended by a friend. We gave Renata our wish list and budget for our African adventure and off she went to come up with a plan. The first itinerary came back within the week and from there we managed to plan our route and choose hotels from the options offered. Renata liaised with African Pride regarding our questions about hotels and our to do wish list and they gave us plenty of information to make well informed choices. We finally got there on itinerary 8 and our trip was just amazing, perfect in every way. Renata even hand delivered our tickets which was a very nice personal touch. Thank you so much Renata.

Renata has booked several holidays for us over the last few years. We like to do organised tours and as such they take a lot more looking into. We have recently booked a tour of South America through Renata, we had a couple of ideas which Renata looked at but she also went that extra mile and found another tour that fit us better and was a better price. We then proceeded to request several extensions and all our requests were dealt with by Renata with the upmost professionalism and patience. We finally made a decision and Renata booked the holiday for us. We have on more than one occasion been so thankful to have Renata on the end of the phone and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone booking your holiday through her, whether it be a holiday of a lifetime or a package holiday in the sun.

Renata has recently just arranged a group booking for 10 to Las Vegas. From Start to finish everything was made easy and was organised to perfection. We had a fabulous holiday in France. Nothing was an issue for Renata when booking the holiday even after numerous phone calls from myself. She goes out of her way with everything, down to the sweets and treats for the children at the start of the holiday, to the lovely postcard when we arrived home. After initial concerns over the location of our hotel accomodation Renata soon rectified the problem and our holiday itinerary proceeded uneventfully and with the precision of a cruise missile. Rail connections perfect and hotel accommodation at three different hotels exceptionally comfortable. No complaints whatsoever and we would certainly recommend Renatta and Travel Counsellors to other potential holidaymakers.

Renata arranged the most wonderful holiday for us. We feel like we experienced the best that South Africa has to offer in our two week holiday. The accommodation was fabulous and Renata facilitated the best rooms for us that suited our needs. Excellent trip to Iceland all arranged by Renata. From the airline to the organised transfer to Reykjavik Centrum hotel everything was perfect. Nothing too much trouble, even your luggage labels are done for you. We have previously used Renata to book our holidays and can always count on her experience and support in case of any difficulties that we may encounter.

We have been booking holidays with Renata for several years and have always had excellent service. In March we had booked a tour of India with a pre-extension to Nepal. The day before we were due to travel there was an incident at Kathmandu Airport and the runway was closed. We arrived at Manchester only to be told we couldn't board our flight. We were on the phone to Renata all morning and she liased with the tour operators and made sure that we knew what to do and helped us through that day and also helped us to re schedule our holiday with minimum stress to us. Renata also made sure we had all the relevant paperwork to claim on our insurance, even emailing us and the tour operators whilst on holiday herself. We are so glad we had the support of Renata to guide us through all this, we would 100% recommend her, she is defiantly willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Couldn’t ask for better service as having used Renata on previous occasions the service is top banana, nothing too much trouble no matter what time of day and the alternative options that Renata came up with at a moment’s notice due to booked up at certain accommodation was even better that my first choice. Just like to say i had a little task for Renata at short notice and tight budget, not only did she say she would see what she could do but came up trumps at finding air travel and accomodation and sorted me out within 2 days. Renata has been helping us book our holidays for the last few years and she has always been the ultimate professional whilst making you feel you are chatting to a friend. We recently saw a cruise advertised that really appealed to us, I rang Renata and within an hour I had a reply despite it being the weekend. By that afternoon Renata was on the phone with the cruise line on one line and myself on the other completing the booking, keeping the cruise line office open late, all this for the same price I would have paid had I done all the work. Every detail of our holidays are taken care off, including any updates, visa requirements even noting that we need to renew our passports.
