Ria's knowledge and professionalism is second to none , nothing is too much trouble and she definitely goes above and beyond , I commented on her post for a may half term cruise saying I would of loved to have booked that with her but I was already away … she contacted me to let me know she had found me the same cruise in the October half term for myself and my grandchildren , I was so excited as my granddaughters are dying to do a cruise , Ria answered all my questions and really brought the cruise to life . Obvious to say we confirmed the cruise and she has continued to update us with more details to keep the excitement alive and enhance our journey until the cruise arrives .

A year ago I found Ria and booked my holiday. I was looking at a certain hotel that had everything we wanted. We told Ria about it and she only went and found it for £1000 cheaper with better flight times plus a room upgrade! We booked with her for peace of mind especially in these unsettling times - and I am so glad we did! Across the year, any questions we had she would always get back to us with an answer in good time. As our holiday approached and the uncertainty and anxiety was majorly in the air, Ria was there; reassuring, sympathetic and understanding. I'm an anxious person anyway, so I wasn't the most easiest of customers to reassure, but nothing was too much! Any concern I had she would be there. She printed out all our documents and sorted out anything we were struggling to do ourselves. She even made sure that we had the right insurance suitable for our family and needs as the insurance we had with our banks didn't cover us even if we caught covid before our holiday and therefore couldn't go. Ria gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process which is priceless. As our holiday was imminent, you realise what a personal service she offered when she brought round a bag of goodies for us to take with us! Never would we have expected this and it came as a lovely suprise (which I wouldn't want to spoil on here!), but it came in handy and made my children even more excited! Even when we were on holiday she was checking in on us, seemed interested on how it was going, updating us on the traffic light system so we didn't have to check which allowed us to switch off once we arrived. Nothing was too much for Ria and we have never felt more secure and safe going abroad knowing she was just a message away to help us if we needed it. Highly recommended Ria to anyone. Would without question book through Ria again for our next trip

I contacted Ria to book a UK family break to celebrate a big wedding anniversary and a big birthday! I normally book holidays independently but it sometimes feels like trying to find a needle in a hay stack! Ria asked a few key questions to find out what I was looking for and she done the rest! She understood the brief amazingly well and came up with some great suggestions. Between the 2 of us we narrowed it down to Peckmoor Farm Lodges in Crewkerne, Somerset. Such a find! The accommodation was perfect, a log cabin with log burner and hot tub on the deck. The kids loved exploring the wooded area, petting the horses and admiring the friendly lambs and ducks! It was a great base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. In an ordinary year, we would most likely have done a city break but I’m grateful we had this opportunity to explore more of our beautiful country and grateful we found Ria to take the stress out of researching and booking. Ria was great with communication from start to finish, just before we left for our holiday we received hard copy confirms through the post and a few thoughtful bits for the kids to keep them busy on the journey. We’ll definitely be back to the West Country and back booking with Ria soon! Thank you so much xx

We booked a holiday for my brothers wedding in Cyprus with Ria Clarke. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 this was not going to be, however with Ria’s help we rebooked a holiday to Gran Canaria but unfortunately again this was not meant to be due to government restrictions. Tantalising Thailand exceeded all expectations! From the extra treats on the flight to the arrival gestures at the resort, Ria had planned every detail of our romantic anniversary holiday to perfection!!
