Ria really made our special trip through her planning and support- we had an amazing time! She planned a 40th birthday trip based roughly on a love of Renaissance art work for us – it was quite complex , with multiple destinations across Europe (Ghent, Zurich, Milan, Rome and Nice) and a mix of trains and flights but it all worked really smoothly. Her friendly consultation, options and flexibility meant we could build something to our budget from quite a loose brief that involved seeing some key pieces of art, with a bit of luxury and a trip on the iconic Bernina Express over the Alps She fully ‘ got ‘ what we wanted and then added really nice touches that we hadn’t thought of like all of the hotels being art related or significant in some way. She also booked trips for us and found some great discounts including to the Vatican City and Borghese Galleries. Everything was really well thought through – timings, connections, the areas we stayed in, all the logistics – so we could just enjoy it without stressing about how we were getting from A to B. The Bernina Express over the Alps was a real standout. She was also brilliant while we were away – really responsive whenever we had a question, which made a big difference. It was exactly the kind of trip we wanted to mark a big birthday. Would 100% use her again.

It has been really great having Ria assist us with our holiday itinerary for Canada. She has taken so much of the work out of our hands, and has come up with a super itinerary with a really nice choice of hotels. She is always available to speak to on the phone, and has been very quick to make any adjustments we requested.

She gives such awesome advice and expertise nothing is to much trouble.. her help is at hand with what ever we ask even when on our travels in Florida.. she has helped us We do ask Ria for some unusual combinations of travel with different dates and venue's For instance we meet our families or friends within our travel dates (( we have picked them up from the Airport with a number of different fly drives vehicle hires hotels and we throw a cruise in too love a move around lol and Ria helps us sort it all out .. We have just come back from 4wks fly drive in Florida with 4x moves with our family meet up with us for 3 wks Disney and cruise and it was beautiful all planned with Ria we couldn't ask for more Ria Clarke medal is in the post lol ?? ???? we all Thank you

Ria was fantastic from the start, we gave her the location and dates and she put together three different options and budgets from our specifications. She was very helpful and patient while we decided which would work best for us and that’s something you will never get booking online, plus she handles all the paperwork not to mention saving us money. Which is why she is our new go to travel agent from now on. We couldn’t recommend her enough!
