Robbie always goes above and beyond to help us find the perfect holiday for our family. We have booked a few holidays now and he knows what we like and always offer great suggestions to fit within our budget. He always makes sure that we have all required visas and legal documents so we know we never have to worry about anything. Our family holidays are so important to us and I would not consider using anyone else.

Robbie provides a brilliant service as always. He is patient, responds really quickly to any questions, gives excellent advice and the reassurance that everything has been thought of. I would recommend anyone to use him if you want a quick hassle free holiday booking with no stress.

It was lovely, despite the situation to be back in the hotel we knew in Hanoi (The Jade – and they even let us have a late check out of 2pm) and then to have all of the legs of travel supported. At times, it’s easy to think we could book hotels, flights and transfers ourselves, but this experience had reminded how much having you support us matters. When issues occur what we need is what you provided in bucket loads; reassurance, guidance and just sorting it. Hi Robbie We had a fantastic holiday!! The private transfer was there to meet us and we got to the hotel within 15-20mins. Our room was amazing - so close to the pool and we were well looked after by hotel staff. The food at Eden Andalou is plentiful and extremely delicious - loads of different options each day. We used the free shuttle to have a couple of trips into Marrakech to visit the souk and on our last evening went to Riad Kniza (which we would highly recommend) for dinner. As I have said in the past I have always been dubious of using anyone else to book our trips thinking I might be able to get it cheaper but the relationships that you have with the airlines and hotels proves that impossible and what stands out to me most is that you have travelled so much yourself your local knowledge of each destination is always spot on. When we arrived at San Francisco at the Hilton we was in the centre of everything and with two kids in towe one under the age of 2 that was so important to us. Virgin gave us an extra seat on the plane which was fab too as we didn't pay for that. If you ask him for some quotes you get a good mix and he tailors his picks to what you've asked for, he doesn't just bombard you with rubbish you don't want. Booked 2010 Christmas holiday last minute as we had been let down with the flights to Las Angeles owing to the severe weather. Robbie got us a great deal in Tennerife the hotel was good meals in the hotel were excellent would have no hesitation to book with Robbie again, told my sister about Robbie and they booked with him they were highly delighted and have booked with him again.

It was the easier holiday I have ever booked. Robbie listened to my requirements, researched the available hotels and gave me a list. A quick choice and hey presto we were booked within days. Much easier than trawling through brochures and the web. I would highly recommend Robbie.

Hi Robbie First day back today – tough! Just wanted to let you know our holiday was AMAZING! Fireworks in Sydney, climbed the Harbour Bridge, went to Manly, then up to Cairns for Reef and Rainforest. On leaving Oz we of course stopped in Singapore – the Fairmont Hotel is incredible – all 10’s for us. All hotels were fab – the one at Port Douglas was great – and right on the most beautiful beach. Just need to start saving for the return trip! Thanks for putting it all together for us – transfers all worked brilliantly too and on the way back to the UK we flew in the A380 which thrilled the kids! Hope all well with you – happy new year.
