Thailand Adventure "I cannot thank Robin Miller, Travel Counsellor, enough for organising our trip to Thailand. From the very beginning, he listened to our ideas on the type of resorts and activities we were interested in. He was then able to produce the perfect itinerary that included everything we wanted to do. Robin secured the best value for money alongside high quality. The hotels he suggested were fabulous. Paradise Resort on Koh Yao was the nicest hotel room we have ever stayed in during many years of travel. I was a little apprehensive about the many flights, boats and transfers we needed to take, but Robin’s organisation of the documentation was exemplary. His folder of paperwork was extremely useful and ensured everything was to hand for all our connections. All transfers from one resort to another ran seamlessly. Perfect! The TC app was fantastic, and Robin regularly kept in touch, making sure we were updated on boarding passes and other key information as soon as they were issued. We are still buzzing about our experience now that we are home and can’t wait to book another trip to this fantastic place. We’re totally hooked. We would not hesitate to recommend Robin Miller, Travel Counsellor, to anyone wanting to book a package holiday or personal adventure like we did. We can’t fault anything."

We cannot praise Robin Miller highly enough. We have used his services for many years! We cannot fault him. As I know I have said before, I am a 'nervous' traveller. Robin gives me the confidence to venture abroad. All paper work is delivered promptly and helps us keep track of 'where we are' in our planned holiday. Robin came highly recommended by a friend, so we decided to use Robin to help us organise our “once in a lifetime” trip to Australia. After lots of research we had a good idea what and where we wanted to visit, but Robin was fantastic in assisting us with many different options and iterations to our trip. Nothing was ever too much for Robin as we worked together to tailor our trip to exactly what we wanted, with everything organised to perfection. We booked our trip some time in advice, but Robin very kindly kept in touch regularly to ensure everything was in place and ensured all visas etc were organised and in place. At times it felt like Robin was coming on holiday with us – As he seemed as excited as we were about our trip. But where Robin was truly fantastic was when our accommodation in Port Douglas (Australia), was cancelled on us, due to flooding. Robin managed to organise alternative accommodation and (as throughout all our trip), simply went above and beyond. He contacted me daily (even during weekends and evening!) to ensure all the alternative arrangements had worked out. Robin also re-scheduled onwards flights to Melbourne due to travel issues caused by the floods. Throughout all our trials and tribulations Robin was continually on the telephone to me and on WhatsApp giving me updates, ensuring me and my family were safe, and he wasn’t going to let anything spoil our trip of a lifetime. I simply cannot thank or recommend Robin enough for everything he did for us, before, during and after our holiday. Yes, Robin even contacted me after our holiday to ask all about our trip and to ensure everything he had organised had worked out as we had planned. We wanted to organise a holiday for our family but our ideas where quite complex so we were unsure where to begin. We asked Robin to see if he could help us to piece our ideas together. He listened to our thoughts and came back with some itineraries to give us a start. From here his patience, professionalism and understanding were amazing. He was able to suggest more economical ways to travel yet still maintain the holiday we wanted. We went backwards and forwards with different itineraries which he updated and sent back quickly. We managed to fit in more than expected for our budget due to Robin's vast understanding of the travel industry. Prior to departure Robin helped us with documentation and preparation. He checked us in so departure was effortless. Once there we used the Travel Counsellors App which was excellent. We emailed Robin a couple of times only to let him know how well things were going but it was reassuring to know he was at the end of the phone if needed. We will definitely talk to Robin before booking holidays in the future. He made the whole process pleasurable and our rather complex holiday idea achievable. Thank you Robin.

Robin has been handling my travel arrangements for several years and I cannot speak too highly of his knowledge and efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble and I have been extremely satisfied. He deals with queries promptly and I (along with my husband, sister and brother in law, who sometimes travel with us) have been extremely satisfied. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
