Just back from a 14 day trip to Australia to watch the British Lions. Superbly organised trip with no hassle flights in and out of Australia (even got upgraded to first class!!) a road trip organised between Melbourne and Sydney. Everything was spot on without a single issue and all the accommodation expertly chosen - thank you Romani!!

Wow! What a honeymoon we had!!! It really was a trip of a lifetime and we couldn't have done it without Romani. She was patient, friendly and so helpful throughout the planning process. With the wedding plans taking over our lives for the past 18 months, we really didn't even need to think too much about the honeymoon, as she had it all undercontrol. As she said to me in the run up, when I had a panicky moment, "all you need to do is turn up to the airport with your passport and everything is sorted for you" - which was 100% right! Romani we couldn't thank you enough! With us travelling across 3 different countries, the logistics were not the easiest but it all went so smoothly. Throughout she was also quick to respond, answering our questions, even any bits when we were away. The recommendations of things to do whilst in each place, the hotel were all great, all our transfers and the guides arranged (Mr Jonny in Hanoi was fantastic), prebooking seats on all our flights, etc just made it all the better. I’ve recently returned from a holiday in Thailand which we organised through Romani. It was fabulous! Everything was effortless and it took away all of the stress that usually comes with organising a holiday, especially when it’s half way across the world! Romani organised everything from flights, hotels, transfers and even all of our activities during our 2 week trip. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Romani booked myself and my partner a perfect trip to Dubai. Everything was hassle free and organised, from booking the hotel, private taxi transfers, giving us suggestions of places to visit and completeing our checkin. it was the first time i releaxed on a holiday totally care free. We stayed at Le Royal Meridien JBR area of Dubai. The location was perfect for resturants, Dubai marina, right on the beach and walking distance to different places. We were literally 10-25 mins away from different landmarks which was great. We visited so much in 5 days but also had time to relax on the beach and by the pool. Our hotel also had various restuarants and food quality was fab. Thanks again Romani for organising this amazing trip. Will defo be booking again with you soon :)

We have recently returned from our honeymoon, which the best way I can describe it, felt like a dream. We had put a lot of thought into our honeymoon and we wanted to travel to serval destinations but had no idea where to begin. Honestly had the best trip to Mykonos in a picturesque hotel I would have never found myself at such good value. I was part of a group of 6 for a stag and had zero pressure as Romani was always there to answer questions and recommend activities for us at ANY time of the day. The experience of using Romani as a travel counsellor during my the trip to New York, Washington and Toronto can only be described as excellent. As someone with a very busy job, the fact that Romani booked every single flight, hotel, attraction, printed everything out, checked us in and gave daily reminders of our itinerary (I need them) made the whole process so easy and a perfect fit for me. If that wasn’t enough, she was literally on call 24/7 (despite the time difference) to deal with any issue that may have arisen, even if only minor.
