We always book our cruises through Rosemarie as her service is excellent! Nothing is to much trouble for her and she always gives us great advice and offers us a great deal! Rosemarie is always on hand in case of need. As an example, we did a back to back cruise a few years back, changing ships in the port of Miami. We needed to travel from one port to another, and although a car had been booked for the transfer it was hard to tell which one was ours. A quick phone call to Rosemarie and she got straight onto the taxi company for us and found out the car we needed to ‘flag down’. Her service is second to none! We met Rosemarie at a wedding fair in Brentwood, she was lovely from the start and I really warmed to her straight away. I took her card and a brochure as everyone does and walked off. After months we started to look through everything again and came across her card. After initially looking ourselves for our honeymoon we decided to contact her and ask her advice. She got back to us straight away and really helped us work out what sort of holiday we wanted and what we could afford and where. After setting a budget and changing our minds on location Rosemarie sent us some options. We choose the first hotel she sent us but we were little uneasy about booking anything online with all the news you hear these days about cons etc. To put our mind at ease Rosemarie invited us to her house with our 2year old daughter to book and confirm things. After seeing Rosemarie and talking things through we booked and would not look back again. Rosemarie made everything so easy for us. She booked our hotel, flights, transfer, looked into car hire prices (everything). On the day before we drove to the airport Rosemarie even rang me up and confirmed things with me and checked us all in online so we didn't have to. Without Rosemarie's excellent advice and help our honeymoon wouldn't of been as amazing as it was. What can I say, it was all brilliant. EXO were fantastic. Everyone we met on the whole trip was lovely and very friendly. EXO were always where they should have been on time. Both guides, Rex and Clarence were amazingly knowledgeable and friendly, and did their best to make sure we got to see as much wildlife as possible. All the accommodation was lovely, especially the Shangri-La! I couldn’t fault it at all. It was a little bit of a shock going from there to Gaya Island, as I had very high expectations. It seemed a little tired around the edges in comparison to the Shangri-La. But the ‘house’ coral reef for snorkelling was brilliant and the wildlife guides and activities definitely made up for it. So I waited for it to grow on me and it did! Thank you for organising a trip of a lifetime for us to honeymoon in style! It will be something we will always remember and a great start to our married life together!
