Sara has always been so brilliant with me, suggesting perfect resorts for us and answering all my millions of questions with patience and ease. We have constantly changed our mind prior to booking our most recent holiday with us and she calmly dealt with all of that without ever making us feel like we were driving her mad! I am writing to say how fantastic Sara Greene is at her job. She booked an amazing trip to Dubai for me and my family and when half the family couldn't come due to a poorly baby, she was just fantastic at sorting out the insurance, fingers crossed, and generally making us all feel better. The Dubai holiday was perfect, even though a little sad because half the family couldn't come. Every detail was taken care of by Sara. Marvellous! So much so that we have just booked another family holiday to Greece and she has worked effortlessly at getting just what we wanted. Brilliant girl!

Couldn't recommend Sara Greene highly enough! She was so knowledgeable, very patient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, she responded to any questions/queries very quickly - even over the weekend (which was very handy!) We've not gone on our holiday yet, but I feel very confident with our choice as Sara was very happy to suggest it for a family holiday as she's sent numerous families there before. It's good to know she's just a phone call away, if we have any issues when we're away. I'll definitely use her again for future holidays as well as recommend her to other families/friends.
