Sarah was amazing and listened to what we were looking for out of our holiday and she completely nailed it. Taking in all of our wants and needs Sarah made us feel like nothing was to much trouble and the service we received was 10/10. We've just come back from a wonderful family holiday, all arranged by Sarah. I gave her a tough shopping list: somewhere not too hot, no further than 3 hours on a plane, baby-friendly and with a hot tub in our room. She nailed it on all counts, the quote and booking process was so easy, we literally did nothing! Boarding passes were all sorted, printed and hand-delivered to us - all we had to do was turn up.
