Saranna was the most professional, genuinely caring, patient, efficient travel agent I have ever come across. She really worked as hard as she could to help us book a Xmas holiday at very short notice. I would not hesitate to use her again and recommend her to others.

Far better than using a high street agent who doesn't have the time, and has the desire to sell you something before you leave. The service we have received from Saranna is superb. Nothing is too much trouble. She organised a 3 week fly/drive tour to New England in September 2008 and even persuaded us to change the date by a week so that we made the most of the Fall.
