I have been in the travel industry for the past 40 years and am passionate about travel. My experience is not just in the leisure industry, but I also have a wealth of experience in academic and business travel. Serena is incredibly helpful. She has arranged trips for me to Australia, once or twice a year, for more than ten years - I am a University Professor and go there regularly. She has also arranged visits for me to India China and to the US. She has also made arrangements for my family and a number of my friends. She always finds the best airlines, fares, and seating, and arranges stopover hotels. I have come to rely on her and trust her completely. Her service has been fantastic.

Serena is a wonderful support to us;always cheerful,helpful and nothing is ever too much and we often give her quite challenging requests! We also hear from other clients, whom we know, who are exremely pleased with her and full of compliments.

Serena has booked three holidays for us - one ski, one summer and one city break. She has been exceptionally helpful. As a director of overseas operations for my company, I travel extensively around the world. Serena is the perfect travel agent. Really. She is reliable, flexible, creative, always trying to get a good deal and always good humoured in the face of repeated changes and hiccups. She is available at ridiculously short notice and always comes up with the necessary suggestions. She has massive experience, including having managed numerous travel agencies. I really can't recommend her highly enough.
