Hi, I am Sian and I am based in Didsbury, Manchester. I moved here from North Wales over thirty years ago to study Hotel Management and Tourism and have called it home ever since.
My passion for travel started early. Growing up, our annual family driving holidays took us all over Europe, exploring France, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain and Italy by car. Since then, I have travelled widely, from the UAE to Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, Fiji, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Barbados, as well as extensively around the USA and Canada.
I have also been lucky enough to live and work abroad, including in a hotel on the outskirts of Detroit, a backpackers in Hervey Bay, Australia, and on a children’s camp in Wisconsin with Camp America. All of these experiences have given me a real understanding of what makes a trip feel special and how different styles of travel suit different people.
As a Travel Counsellor, I combine this first-hand knowledge with the sophisticated tools and support available to me, along with access to thousands of fellow travel experts. This means I can confidently create anything from a simple weekend break to a highly detailed, multi‑centre itinerary spanning several far‑flung destinations. I can help with weddings and honeymoons, ski trips, villa stays, family holidays, solo adventures, cruises and more.
