Simone Taylor-Gray has changed my mind over… Simone has changed my mind over using a travel agent. I used to book everything online by myself but after having Simone recommended due to a unusual booking I thought I'd give her a go. Simone is great, I have no hesitation in shouting her name from the rooftops. Simone has a very professional yet friendly manner. Always happy to tweak bookings & research stuff for me. TC - Simone Taylor-Gray - definitely! Simone Taylor-Gray came highly recommended by a close friend who had previously used her services. Normally, I wouldn’t have used a travel advisor but, I wanted a once in a lifetime trip as a single parent to a destination I had never been before, celebrating a significant 16th year of a teenage. I finally decided upon a 3 stage trip to Tanzania and, Zanzibar; taking in a safari, a town stay in Stone Town, finishing up, in a beach resort to the north of the island. Simone was by my side the whole way. Detailing location options available to me then, linking up with local operators and, always available to answer any questions, ( silly or, reasonable). She also took all the hassle out of reservations and, transfers. Even when I had a small issue with a transfer while abroad, Simone’s was on the other end of the line getting the issue sorted quickly and, smoothly. Would I use Simone’s services again, definitely!!!!

Simone has arranged all of our long haul holidays and cruises for over 20 years. We know through experience how professional she is and passionate about getting what we want from a holiday down to the smallest details - it really is most re-assuring. She is always available to consult - not just in office hours - responding to messages very quickly. Her advice and experience, knowledge of the industry is extensive and she has been able to answer questions or queries quicker than we could by trying other routes. We thoroughly recommend Simone - not only is she very professional - she is so easy to deal with, a great communicator and a bubbly character as well - we really look forward to contacting her knowing that the service we got all those years ago when we first contacted her is just as good if not better now. I do check out other travel agents now and again but always come back to Simone.

Had a great time in Malta in June 2026. We were advised of construction work being completed in our first choice of hotel accommodation/area we were looking at in Malta and as always our Travel Advisor, Simone Taylor-Gray, gave us good information as to alternatives and helped us secure a good hotel in a lively spot, Sliema. What a fantastic trip to New York, Quebec, Montreal and Toronto. Our Travel consultant Simone Taylor-Gray planned this holiday for us. We just told her the places we wanted to visit and the days we wanted to stay in each one, and she came up with different options for us to choose from. We chose the one which suited us best, and from then on we were provided with all the nitty gritty details. All was taken care of professionally. Itineraries, hotel bookings, boarding passes for planes and trains were sent both electronically and printed by post. She was with us all the way, even when we checked in etc to see that all ran smoothly Can't thank Simone enough for her sterling service.

Simone was fantastic in helping us narrow down a very big brief! We wanted a luxurious honeymoon in June but had no idea where to go. She quickly suggested 3 top places and then kindly walked us through the pros & cons of each, with a breakdown across climate, cost and things to do. Although she knew what we were looking for, Simone didn’t push any of the locations and allowed us the time to work out what felt right. In the end, we’ve got exactly what we wanted in a 10 night stay to Mauritius with a fantastic hotel and flights that allow us to maximise our stay. We couldn’t be happier.
