I joined Travel Counsellors in 2015 as an approved tour operator with previous industry experience. I use my expertise and state-of-the-art technology to create and package holidays tailored to suit your personal budget and taste. Based in my dedicated home office I am linked to our Head Office in Manchester, where our duty team provide round the clock care and support, essential during these uncertain times. With access to over four hundred reputable suppliers, any trip booked with me carries both ATOL and 100% Financial Protection with the Travel Counsellors Financial Trust.

Whatever adventure you seek — be it long haul luxury—short city break—winter sport—adventure—cruise, no trip is too large or too small. Destinations my clients have travelled to include Australia, Brazil, Bora Bora, Canada, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Dubai, Ecuador & Galapagos Islands, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, India, Italy, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Mauritius, Moorea, Morocco, Paraguay, Poland, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Tahiti, Thailand, Vietnam, Zimbabwe and many different states in the USA.

From hiking the Inca Trail to hot air ballooning over Cappadocia, I am fortunate to have travelled the world extensively. With my passion for travel, I treat every booking as though it were my own. I prefer to think out of the box when organising my own trips and will happily do the same for you. I will research your chosen destination thoroughly and put together a choice of options. I will also make you aware of passport, visa and health requirements as well as foreign office advice and am qualified to organise your travel insurance.

Feel free to give me a call to discuss your requirements at any time, including evenings and weekends. I will welcome you to my workspace but am also happy to meet you in the comfort of your own home and I never refuse a coffee. My office is rarely closed, and I endeavour to make myself available to my clients 24/7 throughout their trip.

Having known Stacey on a personal basis for many years I was a little anxious approaching her to discuss a holiday but I knew she had exceptional knowledge and first hand experience of visiting South America. Stacey treated our enquiry with the utmost professionalism and was able to create our dream holiday, under the budget we gave her! Throughout the process, from the initial enquiry to our return to the UK, Stacey was on hand to provide support. Even when one of our trips was cancelled, just two weeks before travel, Stacey went over and above to find alternative trips and came up trumps when she found a different guide to take us on our trek to Rainbow Mountain. We were absolutely delighted with Stacey's service, the quality of the accommodation she found for us, the quality of all of the guides who took us on the most amazing trips in Argentina (Iguazu Falls) and Peru (Lima, Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain) and always knowing Stacey was at the other end of the phone if we needed her - we didn't thankfully need her, but she was always asking for updates and pictures! Thank you Stacey for arranging this trip and I would have no hesitation to recommend her to other people considering holidays far and wide, but also nearby!

Stacey was very helpful and attentive on arranging our holiday agenda, dealing with queries we had and checking up on our progress whilst travelling. Stacey was excellent from start to finish. She suggested locations for a short holiday and the recommendation was great. She knew the city and recommended a fab hotel which suited us perfectly. She knew the tours and trip to make and booked those for us and also recommended places to go and restaurants as well. My partner and I have recently returned from an excellent week's holiday on the shore of Lake Garda, Italy. Stacey provided us with a select number of hotels to choose from based on our requirements . At the time of booking, the hotel we selected was in the process of a small upgrade so was not easily contactable. However, Stacey persisted and our reservation was made. Stacey takes time to understand your holiday requirements and makes recommendations. In our case, she recommended we book in June, rather than our preferred May, in order to be sure of good weather, and this proved to be the case. Stacey looks after you through the whole holiday process, including booking flights and transfers, and you have the comfort of knowing that if anything untoward happens whilst you are on holiday, such as flight problems (something of a greater risk these days) she will be available on the end of the phone/email, so you are not alone having to fend for yourself.

Stacey did a great job in organising our multi centre trip to Vietnam, and within our budget parameters! In planning our trip she was very willing to look at and propose a variety of options to ensure she met our requirements. Once booked, Stacey also kept in regular in contact to advise us of modifications to our itinerary due to flight changes. The support we received throughout was first class and when the timing of one of our internal flights was moved midway through our trip, our itinerary was seamlessly changed. Stacey kept in touch throughout our trip and we had full confidence that if anything did go wrong, she would be at hand to resolve any issues. Our local drivers and guides that she organised in Hanoi, Hue and Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh via a local travel company were also superb (with back-up contact details) making our transfers between airports/hotels and other destinations very easy and stress free, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants! We would not hesitate to recommended Stacey, and indeed we have to a number of our friends.

My wife & I asked Stacey to help plan and organise a tailor-made trip to South America. We had a bucket list of places on that continent that we wanted to visit but the amount of time we had for the trip made this unfeasible. With Stacey's knowledge - and patience! - we were able to create a manageable trip to Chile, Bolivia & Peru that incorporated the majority of must-see places. The pre-trip information was very detailed & informative and the logistics of travel/transfers between all the various places was clear. And it worked like clockwork! We were supplied with contact details for all the local agents Stacey had engaged with to plan the trip and these came in very useful. Equally, during our travels we were really impressed & grateful that Stacey was on call 24/7. We had to contact her on occasions and her response was immediate and solution driven. The trip lived up to expectations. We saw & experienced a multitude of South American cities, deserts, mountains and culture which will long live in the memory. All thanks to Stacey's diligence & perseverance .

We asked Stacey to help with arranging a 30th wedding anniversary trip to French Polynesia. The trip was quite complicated and expensive. From the moment we contacted Stacey she was incredibly helpful and professional. We had several choices as to which travel company we would book with. Stacey and Travel Counsellors came up with the best package and the best price. Stacey kept in contact prior to our holiday starting which was helpful as the Covid situation and changing requirements was something we needed to consider. The actual trip went off without any problems at all. We had the best holiday ever. We knew Stacey was available should we need her. Stacey did a terrific job planning and booking our South America trip to Rio de Janiero for the Carnival and the Galapagos Islands. I gave her an outline of where we wanted to go and she planned everything perfectly. It all worked like clockwork - flights, hotels, airport transfers, guided tours and tickets for events. We have used Stacey's services on numerous occasions now and have never been disappointed. We often go to her with a rough idea of the type of holiday we want, and its location, and Stacey always comes back to us with numerous holiday suggestions which we have a pleasant time perusing. Once a holiday decision is made, Stacey manages the bookings and administration competently and swiftly and is readily available to answer any query. Once on holiday, Stacey guides and prompts via the very good TC App 'myTC' . On returning home recently, tired from a long haul flight, we were delighted with Stacey's welcome pack of food essentials, allowing us to ease back into everyday life without the need to hit the shops too soon. I would thoroughly recommend Stacey to anyone wishing to book a holiday, be it the holiday of a lifetime, or a short getaway. We will definitely use Stacey's services again.

We were planning a family holiday in September when we were recommended Stacey at TC. When I spoke to her on the phone, she was really very friendly. She asked us what sort of things we like to do as a family and as my children are all young adults, she found us the perfect holiday resort in Marrakech. Everything was organised by Stacey, we didn’t have to worry about anything from airport transfers to our choice of rooms, dietary requirements at the hotel to excursions and the resort had so much for us to do. We all had a great time. It was exactly how we like to holiday! I love the travel wallet she had prepared for us with everything printed our boarding passes, itinerary, hotel booking info, ATOL cert - everything was in place! She even gave me some tourist books and recommended a driver for excursions. It was such a wonderful one to one service with Stacey. I will definitely book again and recommend family and friends.
