Hello from Birkenshaw, Bradford!

My name is Susan Crossland - your very own Personal Travel Counsellor - and I would like to personally welcome you to my world of travel!

I have been happily married to Paul for over 30 years and yes we met on our first holiday abroad. We have 2 children, Sophie and Andrew, and travel is a very important part of all our lives.

My travel career began almost 35 years ago when I became a travel consultant for a small Yorkshire based company and over the years progressed into management for a large multiple based in Bradford and Cleckheaton.

Experience counts - especially when the happiness of thousands of holidaymakers depends on your advice. My passion for travel is second to none and I have been lucky enough to have travelled extensively throughout my career to places far and wide, including the UK, Europe, Turkey, Cyprus, the USA (I love Las Vegas) and the Caribbean including Mexico. I also love Cruising and have been fortunate to have cruised the Mediterranean on many occasions on some amazing ships. My favourite destination of all time is Florida and Disney, so call and ask me about this wonderful happy place. My knowledge and experiences of travel are so important to my customers, ensuring that they get the holiday to suit them each and every time.

The customer is at the heart of everything I do and I pride myself on achieving the highest standards of customer service at all times, personally achieving many awards for customer service throughout my career. The biggest compliment of all is the amount of repeat clients and recommendations I receive and the fact that many of my clients have now become friends.

I really do like a challenge and so the next time you want that romantic getaway, UK break, safari in Africa or to cruise around the world, then do not hesitate. When we met Susan she immediately made us feel at ease and took on board what we were looking for. After noting all our requirements she said she would like some time to fully research our required options to find the best possibilities and get back to us the following day. We were happy to accept this suggestion. As promised Susan made contact the following morning and we were able to confirm which option we would like to proceed with and later in the day we had booked the holiday. Since we made the booking Susan has kept us updated with paperwork and completed the fine details of seat reservations and chauffer drive bookings. Full marks Susan!

Susan was fantastic, it is the first time we have used Travel Counsellors, we were very indecisive and she managed to find us holidays with exactly what we wanted! She answered all of our questions and was so ready available for us to contact. She was great from start to finish, I do not know how she had so much patience with us changing our minds, but she was lovely I would definitely recommend her to any family and friends.

Sue is such an experienced Travel Counsellor, she listens to what your holiday requirements are from destination, to cost etc. and ensures she delivers. Nothing is too much trouble for her, I recommend her to all my family and friends, she gives that extra special one on one valued service which seems to be lacking in the high street!

I have booked holidays with Sue Crossland for the last 10 years and the service she provides for her customers is second to none. I book group holidays for at least 16 guys every year and the holidays and destinations Sue has recommended have all been excellent to the extent that I have followed Sue when she has changed shops and companies.
