When we met Susan she immediately made us feel at ease and took on board what we were looking for. After noting all our requirements she said she would like some time to fully research our required options to find the best possibilities and get back to us the following day. We were happy to accept this suggestion. As promised Susan made contact the following morning and we were able to confirm which option we would like to proceed with and later in the day we had booked the holiday. Since we made the booking Susan has kept us updated with paperwork and completed the fine details of seat reservations and chauffer drive bookings. Full marks Susan!
