Susan recently arranged our stay at Meliá Alicante – The Level, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted from the trip and recommended The Level experience — which turned out to be exactly right for us. The hotel, location and overall standard exceeded expectations, and the added touches made it feel really special. I had some concerns beforehand about whether my 13-year-old son would be allowed access to the lounge areas, but Susan personally liaised with the hotel to clarify everything and ensure there would be no issues. Susan was fantastic, 10/10, from the moment leaving home to arriving back. Our Virgin flights were amazing, airports were really good, very little waiting for luggage, like 5 mins maximum. Sugar Bay is the most friendly, relaxing place you could ever want, excellent food & service. What more could you ask for. She managed to secure us our favourite room too! Just 3 months until we go back and of course I'm sure we will get the same excellent service from our lovely Travel Counsellors, Susan & Carl. I will start looking at next October when the flights become available in about 4 weeks time & then get you to book for us again. Can't thank you both enough!

Thanks to Susan, who I always use to book my personal and business travel. Very attentive and on the ball. Answers immediately and always makes any changes to times/luggage and add on's straight away. Thinking ahead and even managing to get us upgraded, to having a private pool at our last 5 * hotel, after our 9yr old broke his arm! You were there at the end of the phone to support us and help what to do and where to find the nearest hospital. I don't know what we'd have done without you! Priceless! We nearly cut the holiday short but with your support as you helped us move a few things around, we were able to carry on, for the duration of our holiday.
