Susan was fantastic, 10/10, from the moment leaving home to arriving back. Our Virgin flights were amazing, airports were really good, very little waiting for luggage, like 5 mins maximum. Sugar Bay is the most friendly, relaxing place you could ever want, excellent food & service. What more could you ask for. She managed to secure us our favourite room too! Just 3 months until we go back and of course I'm sure we will get the same excellent service from our lovely Travel Counsellors, Susan & Carl. I will start looking at next October when the flights become available in about 4 weeks time & then get you to book for us again. Can't thank you both enough!
