Toulla was great, my booking wasn’t your average package holiday as it had different arrival dates for different people in the group and a change in accommodation part way through the holiday- I could not have co-ordinated it all without Toulla’s help. We’ve now booked many holidays through Toulla, and I can honestly say she is exceptional at what she does - but our recent group ski trip to Megève really stood out. She understood exactly what we were looking for and put together an itinerary that balanced great skiing, beautiful accommodation, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
