A lifetime in travel
Being a Travel Counsellor is genuinely my dream job. Travel has been the golden thread running through my life and career, and I still get a real buzz every time I start planning a new trip for a client.

I have worked in the travel industry for over 40 years, across many different sectors. My background includes many years with a High Street travel agent, time spent as cabin crew, experience as a flight dispatcher at Bristol Airport and working for a tour operator. Because I have seen travel from so many angles, I understand exactly what needs to happen behind the scenes to make your journey feel smooth, seamless and stress free.

Service with a personal touch
I am a little old-fashioned in the nicest possible way, in that I still believe in thoughtful touches and proper service. From a smart wallet for your travel documents to a few little surprises along the way, I want you to feel looked after and appreciated.

We previously owned an AA 5* guest house in the area, which taught me a huge amount about service, standards and the importance of those extra touches. Going above and beyond for my customers is simply in my DNA.

Home by the sea, experience around the world
I now live in the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare with my husband and our much-loved pets. I have also spent several years living abroad in Australia and Germany, so I know what it feels like to settle into a new place and discover it like a local.

Over the years I have been lucky enough to travel to many corners of the world, and I still have a long list of places I am eager to explore. That curiosity and experience is what keeps my advice fresh and inspired. Cruising is one of my specialities. I have cruised many times myself, so I can share real first-hand insight to help you choose the right ship, itinerary and cabin for your style and budget. Whether you are dreaming of your very first sailing or planning something extra special, I will guide you through every step so your time at sea feels seamless, relaxing and memorable for all the right reasons, although my expertise certainly is not limited just cruising.
