Fun in Finland

We flew from Liverpool on this magical trip .... the Snowmobile Voyager this brings to life the highlights and landscape of true finland. We were met by the operator and transferred onto our coach for a 2-3hr journey (which sounds dreadful!, but let me tell you its not, and so worth it).

Arriving at our hotel our first impressions were wonderful, a true scandic/finnish style accomodation, luxury touches, fantastic views and perfect position to wonder out to the 1 supermarket, 2 bars - this is truly a wonderful peaceful place, you see nothing for miles and miles just snow capped mountains, frozen lakes, and very little people only the ones on our trip did we tend to see.

The highlight of this trip was the snowmobile & northern lights. We zipped along frozen rivers, weave across the Arctic tundra, and delve into the pristine snow scenes that stretch to the horizon. And what a backdrop to our snowmobile adventure this is! – a very special place indeed, where unspoiled nature and fresh adventure awaits.

Truly a perfect 3 night/4 days away experiencing lots of wonderful adventures and learning all about the reindeer, local life and best of all the northern lights came out to play.

This is a trip which I highly recommend and words, photos do not give it justice.
