Tracy has been a total godsend this year - we had originally booked to go to Greece in August and she was a really invaluable source of advice and support when we were trying to decide how best to approach delaying our holiday. She also advised us fairly early on to ensure we covered ourselves with your travel insurance to prepare for any unforeseen eventualities and having that in place has really put our mind at rest. She is really responsive and what I think I appreciate the most is that it feels like she is genuinely invested in getting things right for us.

We wanted a holiday in Rome and Sorrento and asked Tracy to arrange a package within our budget. Tracy was extremely helpful in advising us on different options for hotels in terms of location and facilities. The memories from this holiday will live with us and our children forever. How many times in your life will you get to pet and feed a real-life elephant, or boat alongside rare pink dolphins!
