Vicky is just amazing and over the years she has learnt so much about our likes and dislikes that the process of choosing a destination and booking a holiday is made so much easier. From initial enquiry to returning home after our trip the communication and service cannot be faulted and Vicky is always on hand to answer any question or assist with any problem. We have only just returned from a trip where we experienced a couple of issues on arrival and Vicky immediately got involved on our behalf and resolved the matter promptly and to our great satisfaction. We wouldn’t now plan any trip without her valued assistance, guidance and advice.

Words cannot describe or do justice to the service provided by Vicky. When you want to go on holiday she finds the ideal destination and a great price, but more importantly when something changes, goes wrong or is required she fixes it seamlessly. The biggest compliment would be that I know I can be fussy and picky and couldn’t be my own Travel Counsellor but Vicky does it without any fuss. We would be lost without her!!!

Vicky is fantastic. She listens and fully understands the client’s requirements, but also uses her vast experience in the business to float ideas and advice.
