Words cannot describe or do justice to the service provided by Vicky. When you want to go on holiday she finds the ideal destination and a great price, but more importantly when something changes, goes wrong or is required she fixes it seamlessly. The biggest compliment would be that I know I can be fussy and picky and couldn’t be my own Travel Counsellor but Vicky does it without any fuss. We would be lost without her!!!

We have known and dealt with Vicky for all our travel arrangements for many years now and we were so glad of this relationship given the current Covid-19 situation and the fact that we were due to travel abroad in the middle of May 2020. We were then unsure about refunds etc and again Vicky took care of everything for us and we were delighted to receive news that our refund was processed around the same time we were actually due to travel and it has now been received in full. fantastic service at any time of day

I’m relatively new to travel counselling, I wish I had known about it years ago. Vicky makes all our arrangements, takes all the pain and flak and always comes back smiling and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, she makes us feel very special.

I was going to book our holiday myself using the various internet providers but it proved rather difficult so we approached our friend Victoria Harrison-Storey who is an independent travel consultant and she put together a fantastic package for us and was wonderful to work with. When we travelled, we ended up stuck in Newark airport for days and totally missed the San Francisco part of our trip due to various delays and weather issues. Whilst it was happening, Vicky having worked during the UK daytime as normal was sleeping in her spare room and taking calls from us, re-booking various flights and speaking with various US Airline reps and hotels to try to sort things for us as much as possible. She did this for 3 nights in a row. If we had booked online ourselves I have no idea how we would have managed. I will always book my trips with Vicky from now on and I really would recommend you do the same. Booking it yourself is fine until it all goes wrong - you need someone who knows what to do behind you. Since we came home she has also managed our compensation claim and is just remarkable. Please use Vicky when you can and recommend her to anyone who needs a travel consultant.

Highly recommend Vicky. She arranged our trip to Japan for the rugby World Cup. Organised great hotels and flights to suit our needs and was there for the typhoon giving us updates and making sure we were ok along the way. Can’t wait to book the next one with her

Vicky organised a once in a lifetime trip to South Africa for our honeymoon. We visited several locations and stayed in a variety of luxury places along the way. Our favourites being Sambona Wildlife Reserve where we went on the most incredible safari for 3 days, Grootbos Nature reserve where we watched the whales breaching from our private pool looking out over the bay!
