In all honesty it was made very simple and smooth by Vicky ,whom we have used on several occasions and I found was very prompt and efficient.

The hotel, food and drink were amazing, we ate in an A la carte restaurant every night (no need to book) The room was lush, mini bar re stocked daily The daytime entertainment was brill lots of different things to do, shooting, sup yoga and spinning in the pool. The hotel in Dubai she recommended (for my husbands 50th) was amazing and perfect for what we wanted at that time. She then booked us Maldives and Atlantis palm shortly after and could not fault her recommendations as we had a pool and slide water villa at Siyam world, any problems we had at this new resort (teething problems) vicky was straight on to them and problems rectified quickly. She even arranged for chocolates and cake etc.. as it was our anniversary to be sent to our room at Atlantis. Now looking forward to turkey in a couple of weeks with a swim up pool! room
