Zara has been a God send to me. I gave her my requirements and she arranged everything. The whole process of booking a family holiday for the first time by myself was utterly overwhelming. After Zara was recommended to me by a friend my problems were solved.

Went to Zara after seeing posts on Facebook etc. Gave her a list of the things I was thinking of and she gave me recommendations and advice to avoid due to time of year/weather etc. She already had some ideas and came back to me with several different options that met all of my criteria. When I decided which location she sent me the details for payment etc. I made this payment on a Saturday evening and within 30 minutes of making it Zara had messaged me saying my booking had been made. That is exceptional service which you wouldn’t get at a travel agent!

Zara was absolutely brilliant from start to finish with the planning of our holiday. She didn’t mind when we wanted to make changes and just kept working at it until she had found the perfect place and venue for us to go. I have just returned from a holiday in Portugal and was quite nervous because of the Covid situation but Zara held my hand the whole way. She gave advice and guidance about the tests and forms that were needed. Her expertise and knowledge is amazing so I felt really safe knowing she was there to turn to about any issue at all. Zara organised a large holiday home for us. She came back with lots of different options and the house we finally decided it was beautiful in the perfect location. It took all the stress away as Zara organised everything and kept in touch before and throughout the trip. I can’t recommend her enough and will be using her for all future trips.

I had the pleasure of Zara's assistance when booking a holiday for 2022 Myself and my partner are heading to Paphos in Cyprus for a friend's wedding. We had booked a holiday through Zara to go to Sardinia. Her help in choosing a fabulous hotel in a perfect location was invaluable and saved me hours and hours of trawling the internet and through brochures. We were presented with a shortlist of 3 and all three ticked the required boxes showing that Zara listened and understood what we were looking for on our holiday. You receive an on line profile quotation with all the relevant details clearly displayed including flight timings, links to the hotels, special requests etc. Once booked you then receive a personalised document wallet with everything you need for your trip - even luggage labels! Using Zara to book holidays has given us peace of mind which reaped the benefit this year. We were due to travel to Sardinia in June. Lockdown came into force and before I had even thought about the impact on our holiday Zara had taken all the necessary steps to cancel our trip and safeguard our monies. We’ve now booked a UK trip for later this year through Zara for the same reasons. She gives the time (and patience!) to help me get exactly what I want and doesn’t mind how many times I say “ it’s close but not quite what I want....”. I’ve also used Zara for advice on flights booked direct and she has been extremely helpful. I can not recommend her highly enough and look forward to a time when I can resume my more extensive travels - booked through Zara of course!

I don’t even know where to start! This lady has been incredible! We booked a short break with Zara to Alicante. However as I’m sure you’ve all seen, the latest announcement last night meant no travel to mainland Spain. Before I could even message Zara when there was lots of media on the subject and nothing confirmed she had messaged me saying she’s aware of the situation and as soon as any official advice is given she will then let me know what we can do. I was so worried we would lose our money, not be able to go because of not quarantining. Anyhow less that 14 hours later to today. We’ve been rebooked to a completely different destination away from Spain. I’ve not had to make a single phone call. Just messages basically on decisions of where we would prefer to go instead!! Her organisation is outstanding!! Zara is on point with everything! Even down to the emails with all the links for the necessary Covid 19 forms and boarding passes have been text through. So I’ve had this all dealt with today! Whilst everybody else will be contacting holiday companies tomorrow being in queues on the phone and not even getting half the service we have received!! I cannot thank you enough Zara and I will always support your small business in the future!
