We would like to thank Gaynor Welsby-West for planning our holiday of a lifetime. We travelled to South Africa where we embarked on a Safari in Kruger National Park, had a few nights in Cape Town, then spent a few nights in Stellenbosch before travelling to the Seychelles. Our trip was meticulously planned from start to finish. It honestly couldn’t gone more smoothly. The lodge we stayed in during the Safari was outstanding, as were the hotels in Cape Town and Stellenbosch. The resort in the Seychelles was idyllic and we truly chilled out and relaxed. With such a varied itinerary we were safe in the knowledge that Gaynor had it all covered. Using a Travel Counsellor for such a trip certainly takes the stress out of everything. We would thoroughly recommend Gaynor for all your travel needs. She is very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We had the best holiday! ??

We had the most amazing holiday in Fiji where we left a big piece of our hearts, hoping to return again in the future. We loved the people, their kindness and pure hearts. Then we returned to the U.K. for 6 weeks before we were transatlantic again to Canada and the Niagara Falls, then finally onto the city that never sleeps - New York City! We of course have been massively guided by the most knowledgeable Gaynor Welsby-West - Independent Personal Travel Counsellor who is an absolute star, arranging such fantastic experiences that we will never forget!

Wow, what a wonderful lady Gaynor is. She found villas in Bali for us that we would never have found. She's arranged all transport, flights, everything and I am sure she must have rolled her eyes a few times at my indecisiveness but she never let it show. She was patient, caring, understanding and met all my challenging demands. Now I can honestly say I have something to look forward to and am keeping my fingers crossed all goes according to plan. This woman is an absolute god send ! She hasn’t just sorted out one cruise in a week for us - she has sorted THREE !
