Alexa is a travel superstar! She curated the perfect 50th birthday trip to Palma for me and my two children. Every detail, from flight bookings to seamless transfers, was handled with expert care. She went the extra mile to research the ideal hotel for us—a spacious room with a marina view that was walking distance to everything. The kids absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi! Her local advice was also incredible, particularly the trip to Soller by wooden train and tram, and visiting the stunning Cathedral. Alexa has a wealth of knowledge and a real eye for detail. She made our midweek birthday escape stress-free and truly special. I can't recommend her highly enough!

It has been excellent working with Alexa on our fabulous trip to Japan. From the start Alexa gave us a service really tailored to our interests and needs (Anime for my daughter, cultural interests for me!) . Taking time to find out what me and my daughter were looking for to start to create an itinerary was really helpful. This was an ongoing conversation as we talked through various options which included ways to travel across Japan that suited the constraints of our budget. Having a travel counsellor, like Alexa , who also took control of booking the flights was excellent. Having shared with us various options and dates Alexa then used that information to get us the best flight deal, at the right time, with really good airlines. This is something I definitely would not have had time to do. Not only that, she took the hassle out of the flight by checking us in . This was such a help in that frantic time when we switch out of work mode and into holiday mode! It helped smooth that transition . The final itinerary documents along with physical train tickets and WiFi hub was invaluable as we navigated our first hours in Japan. Going the extra mile, Alexa also managed a last minute adjustment to co-ordinate our final night in Tokyo to be in the same hotel as another family we knew and we flew home together. Great service! After scouring the internet for the perfect Icelandic holiday, including snowmobiling and a northern lights tour, I was overwhelmed by the countless options and was not really finding what I wanted for my husband’s 50th birthday. Excellent smooth transition throughout the process from start to finish. Really impressive introduction. The holiday went very smooth excellent place to stay and no issue with flights or baggage. Overall, a great experience would recommend to friends and family also use Alexa again for other trips in the future.

When in Rome... Alexa booked our Rome trip and added in two tours prior to booking, Alexa provided information on hotels, flights, restaurants, tours, public transport. Everything was easy. We arrived at the airport and followed the instructions to the train, then bus to our hotel. Simple! Our tours of the Vatican City and the colosseum were fantastic! Very knowledgeable guides and without them you’d miss so much!! Alexa checked us in for flights too so we didn’t have to worry about it. I’d definitely recommend using Alexa and TC.

Alexa organised a few days away for me and my husband in the Coventry area, as we had a special work conference to attend. I contacted Alexa via her Instagram posts as she was advertising her knowledge of flights from bournemouth airport - we live so close to the airport and so a holiday from here was a must and so we thought alexa would be ideally placed to assist us. From the getgo she was really helpful and knowledgeable about options and price ranges for us. We set her some requirements and she provided us with a full range of options across a variety of countries. She didn't lose heart when we weren't sure but then she hit the nail on the head and we booked a holiday. We loved the additional perks of booking through an agent which I hadn't factored in... airport fast passes, online check in, boarding passes provided in the app, a few little welcome extras when at the hotel - all little touches that we loved and really appreciated.
