We visited Kuala Lumper and Bali for a two zone holiday l, that was extremely well planned and organised, everything was seamless and therefore stress free for us. Alice, our travel counsellor had taken the time to understand our requirements, likes and dislikes and created a beautiful holiday just for us. There was some lovely touches, a welcome note on arrival at our hotel, an early check in, which meant when we arrived after a 12.5 hour flight and transfer to our hotel, we were given access to our room straight away at 9:25am - that was so welcome. Private transfers, well planned trips and hints and tips given to us, to make sure we enjoyed our break. We don’t usually use a travel counsellor but based on this experience, we will definitely be using Alice’s services again.

I called Alice to help with a trip to Lapland. Although I had an idea of what I wanted to do there I had no idea of locations, transfer times or where activities take place. Alice took time to get to know me and to really understand what I needed from a holiday. She came back with three different options. I’m quite fussy and asked if we could change some of the setup, this was no problem to Alice who again came back with three potential options. One of which suited perfectly! The quotes were easy to see within app and so too was paying the deposit. I went from not having a clue about Lapland to booking in just a couple of days. Alice took all the stress away and made it so easy!
