With over 34 years in the travel industry I look forward to being able to become your personal Travel Counsellor.
Having been in the travel industry for the past 34 years after actually never wanting to become a travel agent! I have been fortunate to travel to many destinations including Europe, North Africa, Caribbean, North America, Dubai, Malaysia and South Africa and Australia. I have experienced cruising in the Med and the Caribbean. My favourite personal holiday was taking the children to Lapland in search of Santa and our amazing family holiday to Australia in 2017. My future travel wish list is extensive with Thailand, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong being just some of the destinations I am yet to see!

My flights from the US were cancelled last week. Immediately Becky took steps to re book me a flight home. She kept me informed all the way as to what was happening and kept me calm! We have booked our last 4or 5 holidays with Becky, she is so helpful and professional nothing is to much trouble for her even when flight companies go bust whilst your away, everything gets sorted so you can sit back and enjoy your holidays, we wouldn’t use anyone else unless Becky was off work ill or something, the ratings don’t go high enough for her.

Becky has been great to deal with. She had been accommodating and was always more than happy to do tweaks to our holiday and even change of destination, even if it meant more work. She was also very informative on all the details, which included a full breakdown. One of the best things/features that Becky also offers, is the additional information with a personal touch. Day 8 took us from the city back up North to Cairns and the pretty resort of Palm Cove, staying in Villa Palm Cove in a 2/3 bedroom villa with private pool was just what we needed to relax for a couple of days after fitting so much in.
