I really couldn’t rate Cheryl more. I’ve booked a couple of times now (America road trip and Thailand) and had the most amazing times. Recently home from the most amazing trip to India. Group of 4, we visited the golden triangle, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Spent a few days relaxing in Goa and then finished off with a couple of days in Mumbai. Cheryl was amazing throughout the whole process, including booking, leading up to our trip and being at hand while we were away. Cheryl’s expertise on India was invaluable. She was able to help and advise on what parts to visit and to avoid. Every detail was taken care of. This was our first time in India, my aunt is 75 so we didn’t want to have to worry about anything and we didn’t. We literally had our hands held and didn’t have to think about a thing. On arriving in Delhi we were met and taken to our hotel, the guide checked us in and gave us all our information, including our itinerary and put an e sim in my phone so we had contact with our Indian rep while out and about. On each excursion we were met with our guide who took us on each tour, all tickets were already paid for, the guide would collect them for us, and usher us through, all seamless. On visiting attractions the guide would call our driver when we were about to leave so that our luxury bus was waiting for us, so we didn’t have to hang around or walk far. Our trip included a train journey, our driver took our luggage so we didn’t have to worry about it on the train and another guide took us to the station, waited on the platform and even got on the train with us to show us our seats. This completely exceeded our expectations and meant we could really relax and enjoy soaking up the Indian charm. All hotels were lovely. Cheryl even recommended visiting the Rambagh palace in Jaipur, we had a free day. We booked a high tea and it was just wonderful to enjoy the palace grounds and escape from the city chaos for a few hours. For anyone thinking about visiting India I would advise booking with Cheryl whose knowledge and expertise really helped make our trip so enjoyable. India is an incredible place.

Cheryl was brilliant in helping us book our 30th wedding anniversary trip to Dubai and the Maldives and made the process so easy, making sure it would be a special trip. Sadly, due to the conflict in the Middle East, we recently had to cancel our dream holiday, but Cheryl made contact with us the day after the war started and kept us abreast of all our options, reassuring us that Travel Counsellors had a crisis centre who were on call 24/7. She understood our anxiety about travelling during this time and was able to process the cancellation of our entire booking for a full refund without us having the worry or stress of sorting this out. I have tried for over 20 years to get tickets for Wimbledon and never been lucky. Cheryl told me about a mini break to London which included Wimbledon tickets for 2026 on court 1.
