I have worked in the travel industry for most of my career in customer service and Human Resources. The majority has been with airlines - including British Airways, easyJet and US Airways (totalling more than 30 years) and also as a Tour Manager on Great Rail Journeys. As a result, I have travelled all over the world, including to North and South America, Australasia, Asia, Africa and Europe. My favourite destinations include Canada, Chile, France, Italy, Malaysia and New Zealand. I enjoy the variety of cultures, cuisine and activities that each of these places offer.
I am passionate about working with my customers to build great experiences which suit their needs and desires. I enjoy sharing my travel knowledge and by fine-tuning my advice and recommendations so the journeys they choose and discover are highly individual and personalised to their needs.
I work from home and am flexible on work hours. I can be contacted by phone, email, Zoom, Teams and enjoy face to face meetings where possible.
