We decided to arrange a family trip to Singapore to mark my 50th birthday. It was a bit last minute, and I contacted David roughly a month before we wanted to go. Having been before I had an idea about which flights I wanted and the best area for the hotel. Timing was important as we had to fit in with school half term. David was absolutely brilliant. He got us on the flights we wanted and gave us several hotel options. The hotel we chose was excellent. David had also organised transfers. We were met by a great driver in a really smart car. What was great was the "personal touch". I knew exactly who I was dealing with and who to contact if there was a problem (but there weren't any!). David had spoken to the hotel who could accommodate our early check-in and gave us a 4pm check-out. It was a bit risky doing such an ambitious trip, at short notice on a tight timescale but thanks to David and the team everything worked perfectly. When you set off on holiday you want confidence that things with work and that you've got "back-up" if you need it. And we certainly had that. And on top of all that, the price was very competitive. I'd searched the internet and this was the best deal, and unlike the internet where you don't know who you are dealing with, I knew I could talk to real people who take great trouble to get things right. I would thoroughly recommend David and the Travel Counsellors team for anyone looking for a great service for business or leisure travel. Thanks for giving us a great holiday.
